Good product, well installed and workmen very well mannered.

GB Windows fitted my new front door, the service from ordering to fitting the door was exceptional. The door was fitted quickly without any problems. The team were so friendly and helpful at all times. I was so impressed with the service that I have asked them to carry out some more work for me. I would highly recommend this company.

Glass broke down for 3 of our windows altogther which got fitted 6 months ago (March 2025) and when I spoke to someone (Rodriguez, gave me this name)they said it was fitted long time ago. So looks like the life of windows glass is already expired. Very bad job done. When the windows stopped opening about 3 months ago their fitter came back to fix and said due to new windows and had to do with the pressure on the windows, their was the problem of windows could not even opening. never experience that. Would never recommend to anyone so pls avoid going to them. The guy who came to do the measurement (name Abdulla) only sweet spoken but not trust worthy at all. Kept promising to visit us to see and never turned back and when I messaged him asking why did not come when promised said he was sick and now not even answer our calls. Broken windows sides and door sides. We have got recommendation from someone otherwise we should have checked the reviews before coming to them. I can feel the pain of others who are writing the reviews. Big mistake on our part that we trusted someone and gone to them and did not check the reviews.

Poor customer service, regretting going to them.

GB recently installed our new front door and we couldn't be more thrilled! Expert customer service and advice from Ash over the phone and the fitting was carried out by Tim, who was kind enough to bring the fitting date forward to accommodate our requirements. The end product has truly exceeded our expectations so much that we're getting new windows through GB! Really polite, courteous and left the place spotless. Highly recommended. Thanks Ash and Tim!

The company personnel were polite and professional. The windows fitted perfectly first time despite some really awkward designs. Bi Folds and patio sliding doors worked first time. There were a few niggles which were sorted out relatively quickly - needed polite reminders sometimes but always sorted in the end!
Would I use them again - definitely yes!

Very helpful service. Neutral advice allowed me to make informed decisions. Felt relaxed when they visited to survey, and again a great deal of knowledge and experience.
The survey took some time to arrange due to them being busy but only 3 weeks from survey to installation.
Well worth waiting for. The product is excellent and we feel very good value for money.

Tim and Ash were always polite and pleasant both on the phone and in person on site visits, but their service and quality leave quite a bit to be desired.
Their delivery promises from when I placed the order were optimistic and indeed they had to fit frames without windows in order to get anywhere near the delivery schedule they had committed to. The installation was poor and pieces were missing or fitted without screws. The rubber seals around the windows on the bifolds popped out. A small window was fitted with a lock without a key being provided. It was always a problem and long winded to get them to return to site to rectify faults and actually I have had to give up on them correcting scratched paint on a window and a problem with its sill. It took numerous emails and phone calls to obtain the written guarantee. I used them because they were recommended by the builder and would, in hindsight, have used my 'old' supplier instead

Single Khalsa excellent repair of door handle. Would definitely recommend to others.

If I could give GB WINDOWS no star I would. Poor quality bifold door, poor customer service poor workmanship. Very unprofessional rude people who do not care once they have your money.

Worst company I`ve ever dealt with-sent round some aggresive cowboys who wacked white sealant everywhere on new brickwork & when my builder asked him for a lead time on windows one of the owners said 2weeks??-of course they didn`t materialize so when chased the owner blamed us!! Don`t touch with a barge-pole-you won`t get your guarantees either.

Just bought a house where GB windows had installed the windows and door back in 2016 which look amazing. What a great team, had a problem with the front door handle and they sorted it with no hassle, thanks guys

Really helpful, from 1st contact on phone, to finishing the job. Met on site twice with both co-owners Tim and Steve to ensure we chose right product. No hassle installation of 3 windows. Decent price as well.
