Excellent service
Excellent service. Booking on line easy, drop car at short term parking, walk over to the terminal and in departures in less than 5 minutes. On return - pick up keys from Valet park office opposite arrivals and car is parked ready for you to drive home.
I use this service at least twice a year.
The staff are all polite and smile.

Great easy to use and very convenient…
Great easy to use and very convenient for the terminal.
Used Mid Stay South.
You need to be very careful though when leaving the car park it’s really easy to end up driving through Pickup and Drop Off and it’s ANPR camera operated.
Cost me £10 for a twenty second drive through.

BA flight delay over-charge
British Airways delayed my return flight by 5 hours on the same day and you increased my payment from £97 to £129 an increase of £32. I have communicated the change to the BA flight immediately so giving 2 months notice of the change. It's a disgrace.

Improve signage and guidance
The parking lot lacks signage or guidance systems—such as LED displays indicating the number of occupied spaces—to help drivers find an available spot; the same applies to spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. When visiting the site for the first time, these two minor issues can cause some stress, even if one arrives with plenty of time to spare.

Parking facility nearest to airport.
We used the parking facility that was nearest to the airport - a 2 min walk away. My husband has mobility issues so this was perfect. The whole handover process was very easy and quick. Collecting the car was the same, with clear directions. Will definitely use again.

Self parking Longstay at Gatwick North. Easy safe secure you keep your keys. No muddy fields damage or unexplained mileage.
They may not be the cheapest. The spaces may not be huge. The advantages far outway the risks of another provider.

When my family and I arrive back at the airport after a long flight and struggled to get through security and baggage reclaim the last thing we wanted to do was wait for the coach to take us to the car park to find the car.
