Easy to find
Easy to find, nice big spaces. Walk to departures is all internal so no getting wet if it's raining. You need to go through Hampton hotel reception which we thought was wrong at 1st! Only criticism is it's hard to find where the next levels are up and down. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

car damaged
We paid for a week parked here. We chose a spot on the end of an aisle of cars so we would only need to worry about 1 car parking next to us.
We came back from holiday to find our car was damaged on the side with no parked cars.
When I raised with the the customer service I’m told they have no responsibility and that there is no CCTV. This is ridiculously insane, as I booked being under the impression my car would be secured and safe. They misled the parking security and their customer services have been awful, passing me from pillar to post and ending with them telling me to go to 101 as they won’t help me but might help the police.
They are also refusing to log my complaint.
Overall awful, I don’t recommend at all they cannot keep a car safe and damage free

Mid Stay North Terminal (5 Stars)
My family travelled to Ibiza on the 29th of July. As we had an early flight, we booked the Mid Stay North parking. The facility was excellent—very convenient and clean—and I would highly recommend it.
However, I encountered one issue during our arrival. While looking for the Mid Stay parking entrance, I mistakenly drove into the North Terminal Drop Off area. I paid the £10 fee at the time, but I am writing to ask if it would be possible to receive a refund.
I did not drop off any passengers or luggage in that zone; entering it was entirely accidental due to navigation confusion while trying to locate the main car park.
I hope you can assist me with this matter. Your understanding and support are highly appreciated.

My car was waiting on my return!
Arrival process was simple and quick. Departure was a 5 min wait in the queue and I was able to walk directly to my car. It was there and waiting which doesn't happen with 3rd party valet companies I've tried many times before.

Valet parking is great
Valet parking is great. If you book early enough it's not much more than long stay.
You just turn up, drive in, leave the car and go. On return you leave the terminal, cross the road, retrieve you keys and drive away.

This service was easy from start to finish. On arrival the instruction was clear and staff very friendly, explaining what to do and where to go and on return we got our keys in just a few mins and off to the car. Having used other services at the airport this was worth the extra money. No hassle just a great service.

It does what it says on the tin
It does what it says on the tin. You pay your money, drive in, park, drive out and leave. All works well with the car registration recognition. Bus drivers are all fab but some even more so than others. I am a wheelchair user and they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not an inconvenience. Thanks all.

Really impressed with this car park
Really impressed with this car park. Easy to find, lots of people there to Check in car with ease meaning we could walk straight into terminal. So easy on return, opposite arrivals and picked up key in minutes before being able to drive off home. Would highly recommend.

Excellent parking! I always book direct at Gatwick's website. Prices and offers are excellent, and it is very easy to understand different options. Medium stay car park is the only option for me, excellent location and great price.

Used the new MID stay carpark at Gatwick
Used the new MID stay carpark at Gatwick.
The carpark is great location, convenient and large spaces. The entire place is automated for entry and exit speeding up the process of dealing with barriers etc on our exit a commented to my wife how great that was..... (foreshowing incoming).
Whilst booking i made an error (probably rushing) and stated return time of 2:30 not 14:30, we left the carpark with what we thought was plenty of time around 13:45..... no barriers no information screen leaving the carpark.
One week later i find an email in my spam folder stating the obvious error i made. After kicking myself for being an idiot i read that i had 48hrs to pay the overstay which of course having found the email in spam folder had expired.
Whilst i had a great experience and fully admitted to the error on my part i was charged a higher fine (double) due to not paying within 48hrs. If you compare this to typical paper fines for parking they would give you 14days to pay the reduced fine and typical CCTV car parks would provide longer due to things like emails or letters taking time to get noticed.
I feel the 48hrs is completely unreasonable given the last thing people do when they get back from holiday is check their spam folders. Whilst the new barrierless system is great an older system would have flagged the error on the spot. I think this needs some consideration for future users of this carpark.
I would indeed recommend this carpark but i would recommend double checking after you leave as notification of overstay and timeframes do not follow typical carparks.

I use the long stay parking on a regular basis and have no issue. I recently mistakenly booked the wrong terminal but the staff we understanding and moved my booking to the correct terminal. Great service all round.
