Happy customer for 15 years and counting….
I’ve been buying my gate products from Gate Crafters for around 15 years. I’ve always had great experiences! From ordering, product recommendations, to troubleshooting- they have always been top notch. I just worked with James on a replacement gate opener system after mine got struck by lightning. He was great! He listened to what I wanted, offered some other things to consider, and placed my order. After the sale, I received 3 emails from him: order confirmation, receipt, and the tracking number for the shipping. Great service! I also know that when I begin my install, if I have any questions, they are there to help!

Hello Phil,
We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding shipping costs. While we work hard to keep our sale prices as competitive as possible, shipping rates are set by the carriers. Shipping is often determined by package dimensions, destination, and current carrier pricing, but carriers also impose a minimum shipping charge for smaller items, which is outside of Gate Crafters’ control.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at 1-800-537-4283. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Thank you.
