ABOUT
My name is AJ and I own Inspectify - a very small team of highly experienced multi-disciplined time served gas and electrical engineers covering West Midland postcodes. I have been working for homeowners, landlords and estate agents for more than 14 years. In that time I must have completed at least 17,000 jobs. I became gas registered 14 years ago and became multi-skilled (offering Gas, EPC and Electrical combined packages) 12 years ago.
CONVENIENCE
I am the only engineer that I know of qualified to issue all of the following in one single visit: Gas Safety Certificates, Smoke Alarm Testing (real smoke), Carbon Monoxide Alarm Testing (real CO), Boiler Servicing, Plumbing Condition Reports, Central Heating Condition Reports, Electrical Safety Certificates, PAT Testing, Energy Performance Certificates, Legionella Risk Assessments, Floor Plans, Property Photography and Property Inventories.
Using one engineer saves tenants, landlords, sellers and buyers a lot of time booking with different companies. The time I save is reflected in my prices and passed on to you.
NO REPAIRS
Ever used an MOT garage that only does MOT's and no repair work? They're independent and truly honest. They won't fail your brakes or your tyres to 'make up' repair work that doesn't need doing. You can be sure the person doing the testing is fair and honest. We're the same. We offer truly independent reports with no suprises. We even help with minor repairs and fixes on site to help reports pass.
PRICES
Our prices are fixed and very fair. You can see them displayed on our website before you even make contact or request a booking.
CANCELLATIONS
You're free to cancel any time. We just require as much notice as you can possibly provide. This isn't a term or a condition - we don't have terms and conditions at all - it's just common sense courtesy. Feel free to make a booking request, you won't be tied in.
PAYING US
We request payment after the checks have been carried out. We do not require upfront payments to confirm your booking. You will be emailed an invoice which will contain bank details to make a bank transfer.
APPOINTMENTS
Initially you will be offered a time slot and day for the appointment. The day before we'll call you with an exact time for the engineers visit. We don't expect you to wait in all day.
SOFTWARE
All reports are produced on bespoke customised software. You will receive your reports by email and they will be high quality PDF's.
ANNUAL REMINDERS
If you're a landlord, you will be emailed an automatic reminder to renew your gas safety record 2 weeks before it expires. This is done automatically through my software.

COMMUNICATION
All customer commmunication will be via WhatApp Business. It's very versatile and enables us to offer a streamlined business and very quick replies to queries and questions.
