Thought I was buying an original….BUT clearly no where near the same quality. End up with something rubbish. Don’t be fouled by a flashy website. That’s £20 I will never get back!

Absolute rubbish. Bought a "leather" strap that was plastic and uncomfortable and took ages to arrive. I need to face the fact I have been ripped off for 30€ and look again. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Ordered a strap for a very expensive Fenix watch.
At first it seemed pretty good and unlike others the delivery was reasonable.
However having had the strap for 9months it has failed twice on the quick release resulting in my watch coming off without noticing.
I have emailed customer who have failed to reply.
Do not risk your expensive watch for a rip off not fit for purpose strap. Buy the genuine product.

I ordered a strap for the forerunner 30/35. The order said 5-9 business days and at the end of that time I had heard nothing about delivery. I then looked at the reviews and wished I had done that before ordering. However, the strap arrived next day and is fine. Now fitted without too much problem. More information would have been reassuring and it was delivered by Evri, not royal mail.

Ordered replacement strap on 12th February, still no delivery date. It's been in transit for a month.
No idea it was coming from China or I wouldn't have ordered it. Very frustrating.

Like a few others, wish I'd done my research!
Ordered on 18th Feb, it's been stuck in Belgium and now looks like it's back in China.
Will be seeking a refund somehow and buying elsewhere!

Fancy, misleading website, subpair product.

Strap shipped directly from China, although no reference done on the site, being that the only address is from UK. Without replacement instructions and with two useless T5 drivers, instead of the special grapples to remove the original strap on my FR745 that should have been sent with. Strap is a bit more rigid than the original, durability still to be seen.
Too expensive for the product sent. Garmin original straps are not that much more expensive. Just buy cheaper from AliExpress

DO NOT USE! I ordered a strap with 4-9 day delivery, and a month later it was still in China. There was no indication these were being individually shipped from China and I wouldn't have ordered if I had known. The only upside was that I cancelled my order using the online form, and I did indeed receive a refund a few days later. In the end I ordered an offical Garmin strap (for the same price which arrived the following day from another supplier.

Ordered a replacement strap on 30th January. It’s now 3rd March and still no sign!! Complained to garmin and got a full refund but it’s the strap I want.
Obviously they don’t check the tracking facility cause it was stuck in china for weeks and now stuck in Belgium.
Ordered one from Amazon and came the next day. How come they can do it and Garmin can’t?
Definitely don’t use the Garm strap’s website!!!

Dreadful. Don't be fooled by a fancy website promising delivery in 5 to 10 working days. The items ship from China which is not clear on the website.
My order has been stuck in Belgium for days now.
Just pay a bit more and buy a replacement strap from a UK supplier.

Ordered strap in January chased last week given tracking link this is now blocked no update or response to my last email an utter joke over 3 weeks no sign of strap.
Please do not order from them.

Decided to buy a better strap than the cheap Chinese ones from Ebay and Amazon.

Turns out these are the cheap Chinese straps you can buy in Ebay and Amazon at an increased prices.

Edit: The strap kept failing and falling of my wife's wrist. One day she came home without her watch as it had come off without her noticing. £250 watch gone.
Customer services not interested.

Do not purchase from this company! No notification when placed order, and have heard nothing back from them whatsoever. Credit card company contacted to file a complaint. Don't bother with these.

Unfortunately I didn't do any research or read the reviews before ordering.... My watch strap order was placed on 27/12/23 and didn't arrive until 27/1/24. The order confirmation stated "FREE - Royal Mail Tracked® (4 - 9 Business Days)". Completely misleading as it was shipped by a company called Cainiao and came from China via Belgium. The strap fits the watch ok and the quality seems alright, though I've only been wearing it 3 days!

Ordered strap on 26/12/23 and it never turned up as of today (over a month). The company answered initial email saying it is delayed in transit (didn't know it was from China). Subsequent email to them and no reply.

Also, didn't realise they are being fulfilled in China -- maybe it's in the small print but I can't see it.

Placed order then cancelled. Prompt response and refund.
Then over 7 weeks later the strap arrived (from China).
Tried to do the honest thing and posted the strap to the address in London given on their website.
Was returned a week later, unopened with their address crossed out!
Sent email telling them to arrange collection, still no reply.

I ordered my strap on 8th January and it still hasn't arrived and apparently is in Belgium and has been for days. I wish I'd read all these reviews before ordering.

Do not order from this company!
