Still not received it a month late er might as well bought a cheap Amazon copy poor service would not recommend at all 😡

Delivery was so much longer than the website promised. Quality was no better than the sub £2 straps from aliexpress which come 3 time quicker.

I wrote a review of my dealings with this company in November - the strap had no locating pins to make the connection to the watch and I was dis-satisfied,
However I contacted the Company. Initially they agreed to send a second strap with pins attached for no charge.
I then realised again that the strap was too long and could not fit without experienced help.
The Company agreed to send a refund. This was without any need for return as they had no such ability.
I have received the refund and must report that they treated me extremely well.

This company has done a fantastic job at marketing. The website looks great and is very user friendly. The reality is that you will wait 6 weeks to receive a sweatshop knock-off valued at only €1 by the Chinese company who has sent it.
I do not use temu/shein etc, but I imagine these exact watch straps will be for sale on there.

Went to garmstaps as an alternative to the cheap products on eBay from china, received the same cheap strap but for 3 times the price!

Still haven't received the order I placed over a month ago

Ordered a watch strap in orange and green arrived. Customer services were helpful and set up to order ten strap in orange. Again the green arrived.

Ordered from this company as my watch strap broke and needed a replacement. It was one of the top results in my search and I naively assume they were a Garmin side (they are not). I ordered the strap I wanted, found it was going to be 4-9 business days for delivery. This was back on the 6th. At time of writing, it is the 19th, well in excess of the delivery window quoted. I just checked the tracking and found it has been in Holland for the last week and originated from China and not the UK.

Update - the strap finally arrived just before Christmas. I'm pleased with the quality of the strap but the delivery was way too long and I was without my Garmin for 2.5 weeks.

Ordered a watch strap for my husband December 4th for christmas. It is now 18th, two weeks later and not even shipped yet. No idea where its coming from, gutted I thought it was genuine Garmin and would have been here sooner. I need this for christmas

Ordered a Garmin Venu strap on 3rd December 2025 and still waiting for delivery. No contact from vendor other than order confirmation on 3rd. Straps not cheap either. I too thought I was ordering a genuine Garmin product. AVOID.

I read the reviews after placing my order and expected the worst. The delivery time was not great, it took 14 days from the day I placed my order. However once dispatched the tracking tracking system was reliable. No fitting instructions were provided, but the stainless steel pull back clip works in a similar way the the Garmin system. I bought the black silicon strap similar to the original strap but with matt black finish which I prefer to the shiny original. A lot cheaper than Garmin and so far no issues with wearability.

Item has not been delivered so how can I review as requested. Don't ask for reviews until an item is delivered

DON'T BUY. Product never received and product is useless. Have been waiting 4weeks for this to arrive for Xmas present. Don't believe I will ever receive it. Looking at the reviews, it appears it would be useless anyway.

Well I’m still waiting for my parcel so far a really bad experience with the delivery so fingers crossed they will arrive soon

Ordered nine days ago not received last tracking update 2nd December. Estimated delivery now a further 7 days.

I have never gotten my order delivered. Chinese scamers, avoid them.

Should of checked reviews. Never arrived. Thought they were garmin, they arent

Placed an order for 2 Garmin Fenix 8 straps.
Took twice as long as stated to arrive and I received 2 completely different straps than ordered. Shipped from China not uk as led to believe.
Haven’t opened them to check the quality as have tried to contact for return and refund, but still haven’t had any type of reply.
Wish I had done my homework first 🤦‍♂️
