Garmin refuse to refund
II purchased Garmin Navionics charts for a specific sea area, but after installation I discovered that the Garmin navigation app does not work on my older iPad. Garmin’s technical support investigated the issue and confirmed that the new app is not compatible with my device.
I requested a refund since the product is unusable for me, but Garmin refused to process it. As an alternative, I asked if they could exchange the product for another of equal value that I could actually use, but they declined that as well.
Due to this experience and the way Garmin handled the situation, I cannot recommend them. Their customer service was inflexible and unhelpful when facing a reasonable request.
