Hi Bradley, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’ve checked back on the communications with our team about your order and it looks like the original parcel was unfortunately significantly delayed in transit with the courier. As soon as we were advised, we sent a replacement right away and arranged for the original to be returned to us.
This sort of delay is a rare occurrence and certainly not what we usually see. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with the courier it’s outside of our direct control, though we always do everything we can to help resolve issues quickly.
I’m sorry again for the inconvenience caused, and I’m glad your fertiliser arrived safely a few days later. We hope to serve you again soon with a smoother experience.

I love the Garden Superstore. They have everything I need when it comes to gardening and more! The Employees are lovely and willing to help me anytime I need help.
