Engaged service to "professionally" install expensive SpanBilt Smartlocker. Completed installation did not resemble company's advertised images - corrugated roofline could be clearly seen as gutter was incorrectly installed at a visually significant slant - way beyond technical fall standard for gutters. Company not willing to correct unless paid extra - contrary to Australian Consumer Law guarantees and promoted company warranties onsite. Go elsewhere. Unethical in all ways. What you see on their website and pay for is not what you get.

What a joke.
"simple, strong, quick and easy" - the shed was anything but! Took us over 9 hours to put together and it's still doesn't align, it leaks and is an overall piece of junk. The contradicting instructions online and manual are as clear as mud, add incorrectly labelled sheets and you have yourself a mini horror show.
Contacted the seller and the guy on the other end had the audacity to tell me it was his gut feeling that I had the sheets in the wrong place. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

I was asked to submit a review by the company - which they haven’t published. I can only assume they are selecting the positive ones to go on their website. So here it is for anyone else who is considering purchasing a product from this company.

I purchased this aviary under the impression it would be “easy” but it turns out the only easy part was ordering it online and getting it delivered.

The instructions were as clear as mud, parts were unlabelled or mislabelled, it required equipment that I didn’t have and had to borrow, the quality was very ordinary (the cross brace for the door was clearly an off cut from somewhere else and did not do the job), and the screws are left exposed along with plenty of sharp edges which I will now need to try to cover up to protect my ducks.

I would recommend this product if you work in shed construction or for anyone else who is looking to end a relationship or develop a sound drinking habit.

Update! what a horror to contact them and ask for a refund!!! calling so many times and always the answer was we'll contact you. and of course, they never did! always had to call them back again with the same fk answer! Luckily i paid with Paypal, and i opened a refund case, and was lucky with that, paypal refunded me. was pure luck with Paypal!
I have no option for 0 stars. Don't bother to buy from here. they take the money and after that they fk don't care about you. called today 6 times. no answer and no call back, and they bother to tell me that my call is important to them. that's ridicoulus. Told me at the begining that will be home in about 2 weeks, and after I paid for it I've been told that will tale around 10 business days to be manufactured, and another 14 business days to be delivered, so at least 5 weeks. Don't bother to buy from gardenshed!

Ordered my shed nearly 8 weeks ago now and am still waiting for it to turn up!! Really bad service! Happy to take your money but not follow through with good service! Misleading advertising a 14 day turn around!! Really annoyed considering I paid nearly $600 for something I could’ve got from Bunnings and had installed already! Would not recommend!

Like many companies today they are happy to take your money and then you are on your own. Told my shed would be dispatched to depot on 21 November and to be received maximum 7 - 14 days. That was 11th Nov and no further updates. Rang 1800 number call not answered (3 times) and advised to leave a message and receive a call back within 10 minutes. That was 3.5hrs ago. There is no option to hang on the line and wait for an operator and ones has to suspect that is how they avoid talking to customers. Also emailed asking for update and call back, neither received. Each time provided my phone number and the dispatch number. Same experience last time I tried to get an update so not a once off. My advice is go elsewhere.

If you're able to take delivery from the grave then go ahead and WAIT. If you're a commercial operator GO TO BUNNINGS and save yourself from GardenSh!t.com.au

Ordered shed more than 2 weeks ago. Was assured it will be delivered within 14 days. Called multiple 1800 numbers - mostly not answered. Finally got through to one but could not provide any information on the status or the whereabouts of my purchase.

Fast shipping to WA. Great price. Emailed to let us know the progress of the shed. Would recommend
