Fraud - company gone into liquidation 30th September 2025 but still taking peoples money online. No response to 2 emails and still not product. Had to ring me bank, report them and get my money back from the bank. FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT USE

Absolutely FRAUD!
No delivery after two months!
There was always a promise that someone would call back, I've never got a call back. All emails got unanswered and they no longer take my calls. All the requests for a refund got an answered.

Unfortunately I had to get my money back via the bank, which is all you need to know really :(

DO NOT USE.
Extremely poor service. Product never arrived. We were the ones doing the chasing and was continually fobbed off by them with the phrase “it will be delivered within the next couple of days and we will keep you informed”. We would still be waiting on the delivery if we didn’t cancel the order. We were never given a means of tracking the order, until again this was chased by us. The tracker then showed that the item had never moved…..ironic when their website states clearly, delivery within 5-7 working days. We waited and gave 21 days before cancelling the order.
Even the cancellation and request for refund wasn’t handled well. When we called, we were told that they couldn’t do it over the phone and it had to be sent via email. So, following this we did as requested and with a complaint expressing reasons as to why we were unhappy. Yet again we got no response! This resulted in us getting the credit card company involved who then dealt with the chasing for refund. Even after a week of raising a complaint we had no response to our letter or an apology.
From some of the previous concerns raised on reviews, there has definitely not been any improvements. I strongly advise not using this company for a purchase.

I never write a review but this company has no customer care. I ordered 2 products which they had to change the order on both, was offered a heavy duty padlock as compensation (which I never asked for but was offered) still awaiting this although promised it would be shipped on 2 occasions. I finally received the 2nd shed late and the window was damaged, I have e mailed them to which I have received no response, happy to take your money then no contact, AVOID.

Ordered shed only took a week to arrive. Set up was easy and is great value for money.

Purchased a Pro Grade Garden Shed (6x4ft) in grey, it was exactly as described. Perfect.
An absolute excellent price, could not have found one cheaper for this quality.
Delivery was fantastic and very prompt, kept me updated by email.
The lovely 3 guys delivered it practically fully erected (which was a lovely surprise)
Cannot praise this company enough for their great fantastic service, I would absolutely purchase from this company again.

GARDEN DEALS DIRECT AND LAKELAND HOME ARE FAKE COMPANIES OWNED BY THE SAME PERSON AND REGISTERED AT THE SAME ADDRESS IN LONDON. It has a very convincing website but it is a scam!
We ordered a metal wheelie bin store for £599 that never arrived, they don’t reply to emails but did answer the phone and said it was being shipped the next day but don’t give a tracking number, we have reported this issue to our bank to get our money back.

Ordered a triple bin premium wood effect bin store at a cost of £599 - dont get me wrong, product good and so was the delivery but its the wrong one and they gave me a grey anthrasite one not the wood effect one we ordered, plus one of lids had a scratch on it. Now here's the fun part, sent 2 emails directly to this company and no response, also spent 2 x 45 minutes each time, waiting on the end of the phone line listening to some bits and bobs from various songs that kept jumping from one to the other and certainly not very pleasent what so ever when waiting for someone to pick the end of the phone up. Gave up on those 2 calls and tried again today, this time however, my time wait with no answer was 1 hour and 17 minutes. A complete and utter waste of time and you would have more luck finding Lord Lucan than talking to somebody here. I think there are many good companies out there providing these bin stores and my advice would be to look elsewhere and have no dealings with these people what so ever, once you've made your purchase and they've got your money, you are shoved under the carpet and they dont want to know. Not very happy at all here, disgusting customer support

Should have read the reviews before parting with any money, £399.95 for a bin store that has never arrived and emails and phone calls ignored. Currently reporting this to the bank.

Ordered the product which I received in a few days.
Missing a few screws, but eventually responded to my email, and said they are sending replacements. These never arrived, eventually responded to a further three emails and missing screws received.
Good product, delivered quickly, just a shame the company is let down by poor after sales service.

After they got my money, they vanished... No response of emails and listening to music on the customer service phone. I got a rubbish bin storage 3 weeks ago that was on sale and so far never heard about it.

Absolutely avoid ordering from this company. Once they have your money they won’t be in touch, no way to trace your order and no delivery details at all!
I ordered bin storage on the 2nd of September, promised delivery within 5-7 days, over 3 weeks later no delivery and no response to 5+ emails sent to them asking where my order is! It’s the 24th of September! I’ve had to report the company to my bank for fraud/scam. I really wish I’d reviewed this company before ordering. Absolute nightmare ! There is also no address details or contact number for this company, which rings alarm bells!

I ordered a bin storage unit and, after three weeks, I still haven’t received my order. I first emailed them after a week and was told it would be dispatched within 5–7 days. Over two weeks later, nothing had arrived. I’ve since sent two more emails with no response.

I also tried calling the number listed on their website multiple times, only to be hung up on and then sent straight to voicemail. At this point, I’ve had to initiate a chargeback through my bank, as it’s clear the order isn’t going to arrive.

Whether this is outright fraud or just appallingly bad customer service, the result is the same: money taken and no product delivered. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

AVOID!! Ordered a garden box that was due to be delivered Tuesday latest. Hadn’t had any update so called customer services. The agent I spoke to was very dismissive & not very helpful but he promised we would receive tracking details that day for delivery Wednesday. Again then nothing! Called again Wednesday & spoke to a very helpful lady who said there had been a failed collection by the courier but she would send me the tracking & we could expect delivery Friday. This came through & all initial looked well. However the tracking then changed & on contacting the courier they said there was no delivery planned for us. Called customer services yet again this morning & get a message saying ‘This person’s mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Bye.’ Red rag to a bull springs to mind! Beginning to wonder if we will ever see our order.
