Garage is definitely at big staple in my closet I love coming there everytime because the workers are so friendly helpful and the quality is just top notch. They also have really great basics and everything is super cute. It's definitely cleaner compared to lots of other store out there and I really do appreciate that.

The app is slow. My jacket had a hole. Can’t just exchange it have to return. And it won’t let me print my return label.

Everyone is super nice and helpful but i just wish there were more size options in the store, it seemed like every shirt i picked up was a small and they didn’t have larger sizes in the back either.

Everyone was welcoming from the first moment we walked in, the staff greeted up and made sure that we knew that they will be there if we need anything. The quality of the clothing is so nice and worth the price. In addition, the checkout/customer service was very quick.

I went to visit family on the east coast and bought a few items from their local store. I loved it so much I decided to order some items online since I didn’t have a location near me. I spent over $350 worth of merchandise. When I received my package , which I was so excited about, I decided to record myself opening it. Once opened the first 2 items on top were defective with large stains on the pant legs and one of the tank tops. I messaged customer service same day, sent the photos of damaged items and tags on items for her to tell me to return to store that there was nothing she could do for me. I explained how I didn’t have a store close by (again this was an online order) all I wanted was the same item reshipped. I didn’t ask for a refund. This was part of a set I ordered. She escalated it to a supervisor, who emailed me a few days later stating the same information how I needed to visit the nearest location and how my case was now closed. I had already initiated a return and repurchased the pants since I really wanted the complete set. All I asked for was same item to be resent while I sent defective item back. Such poor customer service for such an expensive store. I don’t recommended this store to anyone especially for online orders.

The drops sell out so quick. I saw a shirt one week (the wrap top in black) was gonna buy it in stores but when I had the chance to go about 2/3 days after I saw the top was released. All the stores sold out of that shirt within a day. So I tried to order one online and now it’s not even on the website. Please for every color drop or clothing drop provide stores and online with enough clothes so the clothes won’t sell out within days of being put in stores or online.

Terrible. Shipping time was 1-2 business days. My order was placed June 5th & still has not arrived. Not sure why it was shipped through Canada post & not a quicker carrier when you are mentioning 1-2 day shipping. It was also very difficult to reach out and get assistance locating my order, as the tracking number provided was not working. The chat bot is very glitchy and terrible & when calling the phone number, it connects me to a robot that is not helpful at all. Very terrible service & experience and probably will never order online from garage ever again, if I even ever shop here again.

I think you guys should come out with different clothes instead of the same clothes but in different colours because it’s getting boring and I’m not the only one who thinks this
