I completed a 5-month internship at Gao Tek as an HR Intern. It was a good experience for someone who wants to start their career and gain practical exposure in HR. I had the chance to work on recruitment-related tasks and improve my communication and organizational skills.

While the management and coordination could be improved, the internship still offers valuable learning opportunities. Overall, Gao Tek is a good place to gain initial experience and develop basic professional skills.

What made my experience great was how the management were also in touch with we interns

I felt more confident with my sector of work after attending this program and that's great. Now I can communicate fluently and with confidence. There's a large gap between the previous me and me at present. That's what makes my experience great.

I am an HR intern in GAO RFID Inc since December.
This internship provided valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international environment. I worked closely with a global team, which helped me understand real-world HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, reporting, and coordination.
