I have a lot of respect for gamers at hart. And I have ordered from them a few times in the past they had been brilliant.

But I had an incident from my latest order where I ordered the palace heists Lorcana illuminers quest for solo/ coop play and I was sent the illuminers trove instead.

I emailed back to ask if I can return the item and replace with the correct item. They initially replied yes but then later on when I follow up with the updates they no longer response. It’s been a week since they last replied I will edit this update if I hear response from them.

Everything was packaged well and delivered quick, packaging was all recyclable. Hand written note and a die where a nice addition. Will be purchasing from here again

The best price for an RPG supplement I could find, free shipping over 20quid, and RM tracked 24 service meant I had it in my hands the next day. And a free dice! What's not to like! Excellent service, very impressed and will be my first place to look for new RPG books that come out!
