GameOn Games is one of the very few collectables retailers that clearly puts a great deal of effort into making highly sought-after product drops fair and accessible to genuine collectors. Their one-entry system gives everyone an equal chance, with no unfair advantage for people attempting multiple entries and their bot protection genuinely seems to work. It's nice to see a retailer actively trying to beat the bots and ensure products reach real collectors. Their website is also easy to navigate, the prices are fair and my orders are always dispatched extremely quickly.

The last few draws, I've been unsuccessful, but I really don't mind because I have won a couple of drops this month alone and I know it's equally fair to everyone.

I would happily recommend GameOn Games to any collector and I'll be shopping with them again.

Great managed to finally beat the bots to a pokemon box! Great site, 100% recommend if you are wanting to get some pokemon or various other tcg products or so. Delivery was speedy too!

Quality products and reliable site

Shocking website for pre sales 4 attempts and left disappointed each time, i really thought this company was spot on with the anti bots and how you had to have an account for 7 days spend a min of £10 to be able to purchase a pre sale.

Pre sale comes got verified purchased item to then get told out of stock, contacted the store to be told first come first served my payment was processed then cancelled instantly, next three times countdown hit zero then the countdown disappeared clicked verify and checkout to then get a message saying cant verify as countdown hasn't reached zero which is lies because it clearly has multiple times later again go through to payment half way through sold out.

I think they need to re think how they do pre sales because this clearly doesn't work

Nothing else is in stock and it seems as though theres no real customer service. I really wouldn't bother trying as you'll just end up frustrated and disappointed

The site itself is fine, the things you order are good products but I have a major gripe. The errors it has thrown me every single time I have tried to get a limited item as it drops. Verification errors, logs me out, time before last I tried to get a live preorder it says 'wait until zero'  even after it reaches zero if I don't refresh the page before adding to checkout but if I do refresh it usually tells me too many verification attempts were made so feel like I can't win on that one. The very last time I tried to preorder a product I managed to get to checkout...only for it to tell me I had the product I failed to get the time prior in my basket (thought this did not display in my basket until checkout) so couldn't checkout without removing it and by the time I removed it I missed my chance again. I appreciate this company trying to fight the bots and give some of us lesser beings a chance but it has failed me every single time so far due to errors rather than my bad luck.

Yet another bad review for this terrible website. I used the information provided from my last review and yet again it didn’t help. Kept getting the same error over and over again (Please sign in with the same account you used to verify, then try again)
