Incorrect 2-step verification code, when I requested a refund was told I had voided the warranty. Wish I had looked at the reviews on here first. Don’t believe anything overs 1 star review.

Very poor customer service, bought a game off of their website. Login details are incorrect and after many emails to request multiple 2 step verification codes they decide not to reply. Refusing a refund even though I haven’t even accessed the account they should have provided me. Very unhappy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Never buy anything from this company. The game i bought was working the first 3 hours I played it, but next time I should play the game it was locked.

I wrote to the company, but without luck, they didn’t understand the problem or wouldn’t understand.
They came with the same explanation, over and over again everyday in one week.

I ended up with buy the game in a real store, because they wouldn’t give me my money back.

So I wouldn’t never recommend to buy from this company

It's scam I bought FC 25 and they give me account that is not working and they say I have removed 2 step verification I don't even know what it is

I bought spiderman 2 for my PS5, I paid full price, it was very difficult to set-up, i need to lodin to an account after few months it stopped working completely and I was logged out for the account GamesCard.Net provided, i triedto use the same password but it didn'twork !!! I contacted them to provide login details again but they said that it's breach of warranty!!! Very disappointed
I will never use it again 😞

I recently had a very disappointing experience with gamecard.net, and I feel compelled to share it with others. I purchased access to a PlayStation game from their site, only to realize after the purchase that what they were actually selling was access to an existing account, not a digital code or key. This was not what I expected, and after purchasing, I quickly realized I had inadvertently spent money on something I did not need.

In my attempts to resolve the issue, I contacted their customer service multiple times, explaining the situation and providing the receipt as proof that I had not claimed access to the game. I even made it clear that I had gone on to purchase a physical CD version of the game at double the price because of my mistake. Despite all this, the company refused to offer any refund or solution, sticking firmly to their "terms of reference" without considering the circumstances or offering any reasonable customer service.

The lack of flexibility and understanding in this situation was truly frustrating. Rather than working with me to resolve the issue, they hid behind their policies and gave me no recourse, even when I had been upfront and provided evidence that supported my case. I feel that their refusal to issue a refund in this situation is highly unreasonable, and I would strongly advise caution when considering buying from this company.

In short, while the initial purchase seemed straightforward, the poor customer service and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue have left me dissatisfied and disappointed. I won't be returning to this company for future purchases and would recommend looking elsewhere if you value responsive and reasonable customer support.

Don’t waste your money the games only work for a while

The very best! This my 3 time buying game from them and I never had any problems or issues. The are cheaper then any other company’s and they help with any problems if needed. I recommend this site with a warm heart

This site is fraud. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I bought a PS5 game and had to add a US user which they dictated me incl. password. I can’t use all the features of the game and they won’t give me a refund!!!!

Ce sont des arnaqueurs: si vous avez le moindre souci avec un jeu, lorsque vous contactez le service client ils ne savent que vous répondre que vous avez enfreint les règles et répondent à côté de la plaque et n'espérez pas un remboursement. Dc honnêtement, achetez en boutique vs aurez moins de problèmes

Jag gjorde en beställning på ett TV-spel på deras hemsida i tron om att jag skulle få hem ett fysiskt spel. Istället fick jag via mail en inloggning till någon okänd person som jag förväntades logga in på i min spelkonsol. Så för att komma åt mitt spel skulle jag vara tvungen att tillåta en okänd person vara inloggad på i min spelkonsol, aldrig i livet! Otroligt oseriöst och otydligt att de säljer spel på detta sätt. Känns på nåt sätt olagligt! Fruktansvärt besviken och kommer inte komma åt mitt köp då jag vägrar att ha en okänd person inloggad på min konsol. Känner mig rejält besviken och lurad!

If I could, I would give 0 stars, they have cheated me out of money as it says they sell ps4 games.
However, when you buy a Game, you are obviously buying a new account
Which is misleading products and customer beliefs.

Never ever if I will buy anything there anymore and will report the company for fraud to all authorities

Well once again I feel I need to warn others out there not to waste their money buying anything from these scammers. We bought the new god of war. It stopped working after completing 5% of the game. When we contacted these people they threatened to report our PlayStation account because we violated their terms by entering a wrong code ( or something) have no clue what they are talking about as the game just stopped while playing it, so how could we have changed a code in the middle of the game???? Don't like threats when we were genuine customers and didn't do anything wrong. If you can afford to lose money then use these scammers, but if you just want to play a game with no hassle and without losing money then don't touch these with a barge pole. Use at your own risk. This is a genuine review.
