Full report on fake traffic was ignored by Galaxyon.
I launched an advertising campaign through the Galaxyon platform, and after reviewing the campaign results and analyzing the data, I noticed that a significant portion of the traffic was abnormal and indicated the use of proxy and VPN. Additionally, there were clear indicators in the IDs and user behavior that confirmed this.
Based on that, I prepared a detailed report outlining all the technical evidence, including IP distribution and geolocation mismatches, and submitted it to their support team.
Unfortunately, the report was not handled appropriately, as this evidence was ignored and not taken into consideration. Moreover, no solution or refund was provided despite the clarity of the issue.

Review of Galaksion Advertising Network (I would not recommend Galaksion to anyone)
I used Galaksion as one of the advertising channels to promote and sell multiple products. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I can’t recommend this network based on the results I received.
The main issue was the extremely poor traffic quality. A large portion of the visits delivered to my campaigns were not real users but bots or non-engaging traffic. This had several negative consequences:
Wasted Budget
— I paid for impressions and clicks that never translated into genuine interest or conversions.
Low Conversion Rates
— Even when traffic volume looked high in the dashboard, almost none of it resulted in actual sales or meaningful engagement.
Negative Impact on My Accounts
— Because most of the traffic was non-human, this skewed my analytics data and affected campaign optimization.
— It also caused issues with algorithmic learning on platforms where I run other paid traffic — the bot traffic polluted the signals and made it harder to scale profitable campaigns.
Unreliable ROI
— Despite proper setup, targeting, and offers, the return on investment was extremely poor. The traffic did not convert, and there was no real explanation for where these visits were coming from or why they showed zero customer value.
I gave Galaksion several attempts with different settings and offers, but the quality did not improve. The analytics clearly showed huge spikes in clicks, but no corresponding increase in genuine activity, sales, or customer behavior.
In short, based on my experience:
🔹 Traffic quality was extremely low
🔹 Most visitors were bots or useless visits
🔹 It negatively affected other accounts and data
🔹 The network did not deliver real customer engagement or conversions
I would not recommend Galaksion to anyone looking for reliable, real-user traffic to sell products. It may generate activity and high numbers in reports, but that activity does not translate to real customers or meaningful results.

I lost all the money I spent on ads ($50).
All the traffic was from bots (automated bots). Not all the publishing companies blocked me because of this. I advise you to stay away from them. When I told them about the sections full of bots, they refused to refund my money. I tried every marketing method: pay-per-click (CPC), pay-per-action (CPA), and cost-per-thousand-impressions (SCPM).
It's all bots and fake traffic, and the support team is unresponsive and unwilling to work. The worst company ever. I can't believe they're ranked #1 on OfferVault.
Stay away from them.

I wrote a review here about my experience with Galaksion because they closed two of my Galaksion advertiser accounts that still had balances on them. People here told me that I should contact support, but I had already done that before writing this review.
Their support blocked me on Telegram and took the money that was in my accounts.
I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company.
I will share my experience everywhere possible—on affiliate forums, groups, and websites—so that other people don’t get scammed.

Following an internal compliance and technical review, your advertiser accounts were permanently suspended due to violations of Galaksion’s Terms and Conditions (https://galaksion.com/advertisers-terms). Specifically:
1. Use of prohibited technical support traffic
Your campaigns were identified as delivering technical support–related traffic, which is strictly forbidden on the Galaksion platform. This type of activity results in an immediate and irreversible account ban, with no possibility of reinstatement.
2. Multi-accounting violation
Our systems detected the use of multiple advertiser accounts, which is also a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions. Galaksion enforces a strict one-account-per-user policy, and multi-accounting alone is grounds for permanent suspension.
In this case, the violations occurred in combination: prohibited technical support traffic and multi-accounting.
As clearly stated in our T&C, when an advertiser violates platform policies, the account is permanently blocked and any remaining balances are not eligible for refund. This policy exists to mitigate damages and risks caused by non-compliant and harmful traffic.
By registering on our platform, all users are required to read and accept our Terms & Conditions. From that point onward, all actions and decisions are governed strictly in accordance with these terms.
We would also like to notice that Galaksion does not block users from contacting support or managers via messengers or mailbox. Our support channels remain open to all clients, and we encourage communication through official channels at all times.
We understand that this outcome may be disappointing; however, the actions taken were fully aligned with our policies and compliance standards.

I had a very bad experience with Galaksion.
The traffic quality is extremely poor and mostly bot traffic. I verified this using professional third-party tracking and anti-fraud tools, and I have clear evidence showing a very high percentage of bots and invalid traffic.
I contacted their support team and sent all the proofs and detailed reports, but unfortunately I received no helpful response at all. They either ignore the issue or keep delaying without providing any real explanation or solution.
This caused me a direct financial loss, and there was no responsibility taken from their side.
I do NOT recommend Galaksion to anyone who is serious about advertising or traffic quality. Very disappointing experience.

I've only begun my journey as an affiliate promoter this year and so far has tried 3 ad platforms. Out of all three, I've find that Galaksion is the best. Their CPM rate is the best for the Geo that i'm targeting and on top of that campaign setup is very fast thanks to their user-friendly and simple interface. I managed to accumulate around $150 in my account and requested a payout (after receiving a small first payment.
However, when I submitted the payout request, my account manager suddenly asked for KYC information.
Why wasn't this required earlier? It feels like a deliberate delay tactic
Also, the CPM is extremely low compared to other competitors.
