Horrible customer service..I spend $170 but eventually I won back $120 so I’m trying to redeem my money back but they could not verify my Picture ID ,keep saying verification failed and emailed customer service and got response but with no help ,they keep saying I should keep trying & sent me link to verify but still saying it’s not clear picture and failed again so tired and contacted them again via email but this time no RESPONSE AT ALL ..so I end up playing whatever is left and closed the account with them. STOP PLAYING ON THIS SITE.

So in the beginning everything was going great instant payouts to debit card no issues. Then after a few cash outs they stopped letting me do instant withdrawal so I contacted support and they told me to remove and add my payment method which didn’t work so I tried on my computer. Little did I know they would close my account and cancel my prize redemption for using another device ?? so they pretty much scammed me they did not give me back my deposit or my redemption and now don’t want to answer via email. I want to warn others about a serious and suspicious pattern at Gains.com.

I submitted a redemption request for approximately $1,950 from my winnings. Before the request could be processed, my account was suddenly and permanently banned.

When I contacted support for an explanation, I was given a list of possible generic violations—maintaining multiple accounts, using bots, fraud, etc.—none of which applied to me. I have only ever had one account, played on a single device, and all my verification documents (including extra ones required for the redemption) were fully approved by their team.

The worst part is the complete lack of real customer service. Every follow-up email receives an AI-generated response or is met with a circular run-around, telling me to contact the "compliance team" at the very same email address I'm already using. There is no human review, no specific justification, and no appeal process—just confiscation.

This appears to be a deliberate business model: allow players to deposit and build a balance, then ban them and seize the funds when they try to cash out, hiding behind automated responses.

Do not trust this platform with your money. The games might work, but the moment you win and try to withdraw, you risk losing everything with zero recourse.

Yup, I lost a lot of money but it's legit . Edited. I changed my mind. I have never redeemed anything from gains and found out that if you win $100 on the site they stop giving you a daily bonus. The .20 disrespectful daily bonus is over with, so I closed my account. I can get more than .20 cents a day from a homeless man. Your site is a joke.

To start, my anti-virus flagged the site as unsecure, which is exactly what you want when you are entering your banking info. Besides that, the RTP is abysmal, the catalog of games is weak, and the odds of anyone except the website winning are as close to zero as they can get. Terrible RTP. It was so bad I didn't think that amount of dead spins was even possible. So, my dumb ass did a second deposit. This site is awesome! Found it lastnight won a grand off of a $24 deposit that gave me $50! I put in for a redemption had some trouble with the redemption and thats ok it happens especially if its your 1st redemption! However their customer service commu icated with me in real time and worked with me to correct the redemption verification process. And as soon as I had everything verified I received my redemption in 30 mins! This is how you operate a site like this! 11 out of 5 stars customer service was 2nd to none and I have my favorite sites that I've have black diamond status and the service i received as a new patron was outstanding
