The removal of all my top teeth and replacement of implant screws into my jaw bone left me with severe bruising and resulted in 2 weeks off work.
My first 2 sets of implants were something to get used to but all in all, fine. I could eat, speak as normal.

The final implants were entirely different and after going back several times am left with implants that do not fit anywhere like the temporary ones.
The final prosthetic has left me with lisping and spitting as I talk.
I would not recommend you do this to yourself and pay 25k for your discomfort and ongoing embarrassment of your basic communication skills.
Its impact has been devastating to me and my ability to do my job as my confidence in speaking one to one or publicly has been not possible.

I have just finished my treatment with Fusion and I cannot praise or thank them enough. It has changed my life!
I was extremely nervous and ashamed of my teeth but from the first telephone call I felt a weight lifted from me and I haven't looked back. Every single member of the team there are top of their game and at every point I was so well looked after. The aftercare is incredible too and knowing if there were problems there was someone available to help which is so reassuring. My surgery and aftercare were excellent. There was pain and swelling after surgery but it was worth it for the outcome. I now have perfect natural looking teeth and couldn't be happier. I can now smile and eat anything I want and have no pain.
My only regret is not doing it sooner.

The staff at Fusion dentistry are truly amazing. The whole team made me feel safe and comfortable from day one. As an extremely nervous patient I was treated with the utmost care and consideration. As soon as you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I went for my initial assessment in September 2025 and had a full set of temporary implants fitted later that month. My permanent implants were fitted in April 2026 and I now have a beautiful set of natural looking teeth. I now feel confident in speaking and eating for the first time in many years. I haven’t just been given new teeth I feel that I have been given my life back.

Amazing team, beautiful facility! They make you feel like family the minute you walk in at the door and continue to do so long after you have completed your journey. Nothing is too big or too small. Highly recommend this life changing place!

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The dentist and the nurse were both professional and helpful. The dentist took extra time to illustrate to me in detail the treatment that I had recently undergone and was concerned about. His further explanation was most reassuring. In all a very good experience that I quite enjoyed.

I researched where to have my implants thoroughly, based on clinical expertise, and chose Fusion as a result of that research. A warm, professional team and environment calmed my significant nerves, and top flight clinical excellence resulted in the whole process feeling easier than I could have ever hoped for or imagined. It is hard to believe how smooth my journey to full dental implants has been, particularly as a nervous patient. Due to their particular expertise, which I need to stress is not available everywhere, the procedures were incredibly fast to recover from, and I got on with life within days with minimal discomfort. I was back at a client-facing job within four days of the procedure, with a beautiful set of temporary implants. I particularly valued the regular follow-up appointments that the Fusion care and treatment process entailed. It gave me full confidence in the process to experience how particular Mike and his team were about monitoring me so closely. I cannot imagine having this done abroad, where friends of mine have had painful experiences and no frequent and regular follow up appointments. The end result of my Fusion journey is life-changing. I've been going to Fusion for about 7 years now, the staff have always been professional and yet friendly & welcoming. The place itself has spacious waiting rooms with modern comforts.it is always spotless and 'fresh'.
The most important bit of course is the product. Myself it was a completely new set of teeth, top and bottom implants.

A life changing experience for which i will always be grateful, one that i would recommend to anyone who needs it.
