I ordered a sofa from Furny two months ago, but my product has still not been delivered. When attempting to contact them, I received no proper response initially, and later, they blocked me. I have not received any response from them via email, WhatsApp, or even regular text messages.

As a precaution, I would advise against ordering any products from Furny. In the worst-case scenario, if you do decide to purchase Furny products, consider ordering through Amazon with the cash-on-delivery option. This way, if they debit your money without delivering the product, you have a better chance of recovering your funds through Amazon's dispute resolution process.

This is a bogus company. Customer service is someone(Manoj) handling a mobile at his own sweet time and does not respond and blocks your number if tried calling.

Ordered sofa bed 12/2/2023. Said it was shipped 12/7/2023. As of today, 01/04/2024, received nothing. Think I’ve been scammed.

Ordered 11/23/2023. Never received order after being told it would be delivered by 12/18/2023. Sent email and the email got bounced back because email doesn’t exist any longer nor does the website. These people are crooks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Got my leatherette Sofa 1.5 years back, there is wear and tear of the leather so for sure the quality material is not good plus when I asked for customer support, some third party reached out and told it cannot be fixed. We are reaching moon with great technology advancement but sofa wear and tear can’t be fixed even i I am ready to pay for the fix.Nit having good experience guys, please go with good brand like Pepperfry, urban ladder but not furny.

My order was supposedly shipped to someone else in a different city. I was told I would be sent my order even though it would "cause economic loss to our company" since the order had already been sent. My order was placed 7-4-23, my credit card was charged on the 7-6-23 and it is now 8-20-23. I receive emails answers stating not worry we will ship your order in 3-5 days and watch my email for the tracking number. I have received three different tracking numbers all to someone else in different cities. They ask me to refer my friends and family and leave positive comments on their websites. Just how many different sites are they operating. This company should be shut down for theft.

This place is a scam. Do not order anything from here at all. Customer service stinks and the whole company is a SCAM

The worst experience of furniture in india. I brought a recliner, but the time it came home it was broken and I had literally begged to get it fixed. But they have nothing as an support system. They have the worst customer support. The quality of the furniture is horrible. Never buy.

I ordered a sofa on 15.12.2022. Paid in full trusting the company. I have no clue about delivery as the response from executives is pathetic.

The site says assured 2-3 days delivery. The executives after 6 days of follow up provided the invoice and told delivery would be by 25th december 2022
On 26th Mr Karan told that i would get it by 28th 110%. Now no one is picking the phone. On whatsapp, customercare there is no reply.

Think i have been duped.

I have had 4 return pickups for the 6 seater Sofa I purchased and till date they haven't rectified the issue.

They say that proper QC has been done. Their staff isn't trained properly and keeps faulting they drilled the fabric of my Sofa.

Buyer be aware.

Not to delevery on time but at the time of order sofa fabric quality looks superb but after received safa found actual product fabric quality is worst.

CasaStyle, and Furney ... Worst experience ever, contacting Amazon buyers to buy from their website. Once bought, order status will be pending for whole month and God knows when bought product will be delivered. For me, I am waiting from 22nd of June till date (15th July). Each time informing different status with a different delivery date. I am afraid, whether they are really planning to deliver at all or not.

No reply, on whatsapp, emails and calls. This is frustrating.

Same people are operating other website name as furny.in.

We ordered a recliner sofa for our father in his farewell party. It was a defective piece. We immediately contacted customer care and they agreed to repair it. They took back the recliner after one month of constant pestering and guess what, they delivered a defective product again.. second time. How is it even possible. And then they refused to exchange it or refund the amount saying they can only repair it. And even the repaired product has not been delivered even after 4 months. They just keep giving dates. This is the worst customer experience of my life. I recommend everyone never to buy anything from Furny.

Due to quality issues, i wanted parts of my sofa replaced. They replaced with wrong sizes and color. I asked them to replace again and they are talking as if they are doing me a favour.

One of the worst after sales customer service. Tried calling to get things rectified a million times and the rude customer care personal doesn't receive the call and avoids mails too. It was a stressful 3-4 months of calls and mails and still nothing.

I ordered leatherette sofa worth of 41000(apprx). Sofa was not delivered on time. After, few follow ups and request, sofa arrived 2 weeks later after promised delivery date.

One the same day we inspected sofa. Its the worst design i.e not at all comfortable as not its built to any proper specification of ideal sofas. No knees support at all. the seat depth is just 17 inches. Quality of materials used seems to be very cheap and started to worn out from second day.

No one responds to your request to return or any questions.
