Fast delivery with updates at each stage, cupboard of good quality and assembly instructions easy to follow. Overall pleased with service and item. Fits well in kitchen where needed.

They agreed to arrange a two person delivery as I am unable to move deliveries if they are left at the door as I live in a first floor flat with a lift. Very Kind of them.

Nice looking utility cupboard, Delivered on time, there was a slight chip on the edge of one of the panels.

Worst set of instructions ever, parts were not labeled as needed and only a smeared QR code that was pointless. In the images shown on the website the table can have the drawers flush with the table or bent but instructions only show bend assembly.
Setting it as straight means there is a big gap at the back and the lower shelve poked out so the main worktop is not aligned with it.

Had it worked as it should we would have been happier and review would have been far better

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a wardrobe two months ago, fully paid for it, and since then I’ve had zero contact from the company and no delivery. Absolute disgrace. I do not recommend going through this stress. They advertise wardrobes they don’t even have in stock, then scramble to source them from abroad, and by the time anything arrives in the UK, it’s likely to be damaged junk

My order was processed quickly with good and helpful communication. The products are sturdy and were just what I needed for my storage chaos and as described/seen on website. Delivery was great too! I would definitely use this company again

Instructions were very clear and all pieces provided. Slightly lower in height than expected, but that was obviously my measuring.

This wardrobe was exactly what we wanted. But nowhere in sales blurb is there anything about self assembly which is not a job for the average diy man definitely needs two capable men.
Would not have ordered had I realised. Just unfortunate that it is just the right size, or it would have been returned.

He kept me updated 24/7 and made sure everything goes smoothly. He took a very good care of me and my item, arranging the perfect timing for both sides, me and the delivery company.

Our experience with this furniture company was very good.
We contacted them to request to hold our delivery back while we were on holiday and they happily agreed and delivered it all when we were home. Customer service was excellent, delivery service was excellent.
All the furniture was very well packed and protected and of lovely quality.
We are very happy with the whole experience and would definitely use Furniture Factor again!

The shoe cabinet has been needed for a long time and it looks great in our hallway

Great service from a company I hadn't used before. Package arrived quickly and the delivery went smoothly. Kept up to date by tracking info. Would have been 5 stars but the cupboard doesn't hold 30 pairs of shoes, can only fit 21 (size 5) but still a great unit.

Promised delivery in 2–5 days turned into a two-week ordeal. The courier was 2 days late (tracking number showed 5.08.2025) and even their own depot had no idea where the parcel was. When it finally arrived (7.08.2025), the shoe cabinet had a broken main part, and all components were unlabelled. Small parts (screws, hinges, dowels) were thrown together in one bag – thankfully there weren’t many, otherwise assembly would have been a nightmare despite a clear manual.

Contact with the seller was appalling – phone calls (the same day the parcel arrived, 7/08/2025) led to “email us”. I did this straight after call but emails went unanswered till 11.08.2025, until I threatened legal action. Even after promising to send the replacement, dispatch was delayed, tracking didn’t work, and the courier finally arrived on 14.08.2025– a full week after my complaint problem. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

I found this site super easy to order from, communication was good and product arrived within the time frame stated, and very well packed, we haven’t put the wardrobe together yet as it’s not needed quite yet, but it all looks in good order
