Excellent quick and friendly

Ordered a desk which was a bit of a mission to put up, within the desk a wrong part was sent. I contacted them via email and Muddasir sent the correct part immediately and assisted me via email with putting up the desk via photos of the desk in the show room. Easy to contact and couldn’t have done more to help. 5 ⭐️ service.

The delivery was smooth and the furniture arrived in okay condition (minor damages where it is not visible after assembly). However, the quality is slightly lower than what we expected for the price.

I should have know from the beginning that this company wasn’t a good place and just want your money I had a phone call by the company saying they can see that I’m interested in the Malino cashmere taupe oak effect over head wardrobe and if I wanted to purchase it. They asked if I have any questions and so I said yes I’m looking around at different places and comparing prices as that’s the style I wanted and I liked the slatted doors .

The "slatted" doors are not slatted at all. They are flat doors with black lines alternating with wood effect lines. Unit is also much greyer than seems on photos. Assembly was terrible the instructions were not clear at all I had missing holes for where to place the screws and all the screws were all mixed to together , the handles are cheap as are the hinges. Will have to change for better quality ones The whole wardrobe doesn’t seem to line up properly and the quality seems very cheap for such a premium price tag.

The only good thing I can say about the company is that the man who delivered it was very friendly and also was very helpful on the delivery.

The over bed unit and frame for the drawers are very well made and assembly was straight forward. The drawers on the other hand are held together with dowels rather than screws and the bottoms of the draws are not held together at all. This is something that can easily be resolved and then the whole package would be more professional.

Good communication throughout process. Good quality product with easy to follow instructions.

Cheap, mass produced rubbish. Drawers were problematic from the start, and have now fallen apart.

I received the product quickly but the colour is not what I think. It should be white and grey however the actual product was a little yellowish and grey but it is still ok for me.

The company delivered my unit which arrived with a damaged draw and missing screws. I promptly contacted the company as soon as i was aware of this and it is going to take 2 weeks between contact about the missing items and the delivery of my replacement parts.

The unit feels cheap despite the £700 price tag and i'm not sure how long it will last.

Recently purchased an item from this Company,a part arrived damaged in transit. Phoned re damage and was answered by friendly, helpful staff, who responded promptly and efficiently. Problem solved.Delighted with the service ,delighted with my purchase, wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this company.

Great experienced, love my shoe stand

It took exactly 2 weeks for my wardrobe to be delivered. The packaging of the item was good. The design is nice and looks good from afar, but the wood/boards are of poor quality. Surfaces have marks and chips and are not even. The instructions are not clear; they lack accurate descriptions for pieces. Most of the holes were not drilled, and buying a drill was not something on my list. I had a broken rail, and I emailed Furniture Factor over a week ago and got no response. I hope the wardrobe will last a bit longer.
