Lovely customer service
I recently purchased furniture from Furniture Island and overall had a positive experience. The ordering process was straightforward, pricing was competitive compared to other retailers, and the staff were helpful throughout.
Communication was good and delivery updates were provided regularly. The furniture arrived in good condition and matched the description online. The quality for the price was better than expected and assembly was fairly simple.
Customer service were responsive whenever I had questions and tried their best to assist. Delivery took slightly longer than originally estimated, but the team kept me informed which I appreciated.
Overall, a good experience and I would consider ordering from them again.

Absolutely awful; do not use. A 3 week delivery turned into 9 weeks with no communication unless I was asking for an update. I accommodated a change in product to speed things up and still no delivery. Still awaiting a refund will no communication as to when it will be received. If I could give zero stars I would.

Order was cancelled because you said you didn't have any stock of the item. You shouldn't advertise products if you cannot fulfil orders. I was very disappointed.

Aurora Sofa - Great quality, price and service
For the past year, I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect sofa for my living room. I’ve purchased three different sofas from other places, and every time, something was off—they were either too big for the space or of disappointing quality.
However a friend of mine then recommended furniture island their selection is fantastic, and the quality of their furniture is great as well as affordable.
I went for the aurora sofas and I must say, it is absolutely perfect! It fits my living room beautifully and has transformed the space entirely. Not only is it stunning to look at, but it’s also exceptionally comfortable and clearly made to last.
Their delivery service was incredibly fast and professional. The sofa arrived in perfect condition, and the team was friendly and efficient during the setup.
Beyond horrid experience - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Boy oh boy, it’s been a rough ride. Let’s start from the beginning. I bought a sofa from this store a couple of months ago, and it has been a complete nightmare.When we first visited the store, we saw a sofa we liked—it was comfortable, durable, and had a sleek finish. We placed our order and waited for it to arrive. The salesperson who sold us the sofa mentioned, "My friend has this sofa, and she has back problems, but it’s super comfortable for her," which reassured us at the time. She then randomly asked, "What made you want to buy a sofa when it’s pouring rain outside today?" Honestly, such a bizarre comment that it stuck with me. After placing the order, we received a message asking what colour we wanted... um, wasn’t that already in the order details? Anyway, when the sofa arrived, it was shockingly massive—nothing like what we saw in-store. It took up half the room. Fast forward a couple of months, and the sofa started to deteriorate badly. The cushions wore out so quickly that we could feel the wooden base underneath. For context, we have disabilities, and I have severe back problems—this sofa made everything 1,000 times worse. You couldn’t even sit for 5 minutes without feeling mounds of discomfort and having to put various amounts of pillows to try ease and compensate the pain. In hindsight, the first red flag should’ve been the permanent “50% off sale” sign cemented onto their shop window. Isn’t that supposed to be a seasonal thing, not a permanent fixture? We contacted them via email and message, but for months, we were met with complete silence. Eventually, we got a response asking for details about the issue, only for them to tell us the sofa wasn’t eligible for a refund or return. They even sent a link to their website, which was so clearly copied from Google it was laughable. That link has since been updated, probably because they realised how unprofessional it looked. Months later, they called us out of the blue to arrange delivery. This is where things turned absolutely disgusting. When they arrived, they came into our house and started outright shouting at us. The delivery guy was shockingly rude, speaking to us like we were beneath him, refusing to take accountability, and loudly yelling things like “disgusting.” His behaviour was so vile and aggressive that one of my family members had to shout back at him to "just let it go" because he was escalating the situation beyond belief. It was like he was looking for a fight. His tone and attitude were beyond unacceptable—it felt like he was trying to humiliate us in our own home. He even had the audacity to give us condescending metaphors like, "You can’t buy something and then decide you don’t like it doesn’t work like that." What the actual 🤡? Even his attempt at an apology was just another excuse to argue and insult us further. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. The staff are unprofessional, lack basic manners, and refuse to take accountability. Their behaviour is unacceptable, and their product quality is abysmal. Save yourself the stress and steer far, far away from this place.

Biggest scam. Bought 2 items in separate occasions. Take your money then days later they suddenly don't have the item and it takes an additional 10 days for a refund? Scam scam scam

Unsatisfactory service and terrible product
Multiple issues with delivery, after my Wife purchased the Chicago lounge suite, paid a fee of £50 to deliver to a room of my choice, but was delivered to front door only.
Lounge suite is also just over 3 years old, and all the faux leather is starting to peel off, looking very distasteful, to a point where I’m going to need to bin it. (No leather repair kit will fix this).

The order was confirmed on the 23rd, with delivery on the 29th. The delivery time was great, with regular updates provided through the Shop app.
Customer service responded to my email in less than 5 minutes.

Inquired about a few items before I actually picked the one I wanted. The team was very helpful in telling me how to figure out the measurements that were needed, made it very simple and easy as they talked me through the whole process.
Picked the items I needed amd they do very competitive prices. I can assure you for thr quality of the furniture we received it was one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest shops I've found!
Delivery was quick and they even helped set up the furniture as I was away on a business trip at the time and the wife couldn't do it all herself.
I would very much recommend this place as so far there has not been any faults with thier products and the service they provide.
