I don’t normally write reviews but feel the need to let people know how amazing you have been. I arranged the plan on the telephone for my father, and sadly he passed away an hour later!!! The process was so easy and the staff amazing! Kept me updated from the offset, with kindness and efficiency. Thank you so very much for all your help at this sad time .

For myself and later for the wife, Lola-Mae was polite and helpful, explained everything in a friendly manner. You have a lovely member of staff on your team.

From my initial enquiry to completion and payment the process was easy thanks to the service provided by Lola-Mae. My family can now carry out my wishes for a simple cremation without worrying about the cost or having to collect my ashes from the crematorium.

From my first online request to be contacted, to receiving my plan by post, it was a very simple process.
No fuss, compassionate lady on the phone, and all explained perfectly.

Only criticism is the admin fees equate to 42% of the total cost of the plan which seems excessive to me.

great fast communication ,very respectful of the wishes of the family ,because we wanted a low key affair due to many losses we didn't want the upset so will be celebrating mums life when we are ready ,this was perfect for what we wanted and allowed us to concentrate the other practical things that needed to be done

Was not really impressed with the service I received to be fair. Was told I would be taken step by step though the whole prosses and informed of the date of collection to the date of cremation. I was not informed on the day of collection or the day of the cremation. I have been waiting nearly a month now for the ashes of my sister to be returned. Its taken for me to contact them several times for anything to be done. Over all I've been disappointed in the service at a difficult time. 😕

From the first contact from Funerals with Grace I had a feeling of security. Charlotte was simply so professional in a very caring way. Every detail was so easy to implement despite no face to face contact. In comparison to another funeral I arranged with a different company With Grace were amazing plus there were no hidden costs. The flowers were gorgeous on the day and the staff who attended the service were excellent. A lovely send off for my mother - thank you.

Right from the beginning , I had read reviews and how much they were trusted . I felt at 62 it was worth locking in a package that protected my kids from paying out . Very happy with the team especially Sam who went through everything very thoroughly . Fingers crossed I won't need them yet

From the first phone call to the ashes being returned home,the service was excellent.I was informed at all times as to what was happening ,where and when,and any questions I asked were answered.
