Interesting to see the negative reviews here - I suspect that it may be more to do with the borrowers rather than FundOnion. No unsecured loan application is going to be completely plain sailing, but both Angelo and James responded to my queries during the process and I was provided with regular updates, which is all you can ask for really. From first contact to funds in my account took 7 days, so I have no issue with the timescales. If you are willing to be realistic about the interest rate that you will be charged for this type of loan and you are prepared to put in some effort, then FundOnion could certainly work for you.

They spamming small business's emails! This is more than enough to understand what kind of company is this!

I never use them or hear about them. I don't know from where they have my business email!

STOP SPAMMING!

Firstly, the fact that some reviewers here say “fund onion are not spammers” leads me to believe the reviewers aren’t genuine. Who reviews a company by saying they are not a scam?

Fund onion emailed my business several times advertising great rates and fast turnaround. So after a few emails, I foolishly took the bait and thought why not. Despite not needing a loan, I could use a cash injection as I could recruit slightly earlier than new client instructions starting.

After a conversation on the phone talking about the amount I wanted, I was told it was realistic and definitely possible. But I had to share business account through open banking - incredibly intrusive.

A few days later, I get a call saying great news my business can get 40% of the amount applied for and can pay payday lender rates for the privilege and pay it back tomorrow…

Apparently lenders refused due to the credit rating of directors. I suspect, as the credit ratings of directors are excellent, that fund onion wasn’t earning sufficient commission. And what has the credit rating of directors got to do with a business loan!?

Do yourself a favour and avoid these jokers.

Irrelevant/spam email. The email address used to contact me was harvested from my website, soroban.co.uk. Note that the email address published has since been changed to make it clearer to spammers that my limited company has not been trading for at least 6 YEARS. This is supported by the entry at companies house! They are wasting my time as well as theirs!

Can you trust a company that does not do basic research?

Great customer service, Henry was very efficient and professional. A rapport was built quickly and from application to completion, the journey was smooth.

We had unexpected cashflow issues and FundOnion was able to get us a good loan within ten days at a good rate. I had contacted individual loan companies but they had not got back and the processes were baffling. FundOnion are brokers not spammers and seem to have good connections within the loan companies - to pull strings, get through the red tape and deliver results. Aaron was on the case all the time, easy to contact and all fees are totally transparent.

These guys have been great to deal with. Process has been very straight forward.

It is clear from reading these reviews that this company sends spam as a matter of course - and presumably it proves worthwhile for them, which is sad (they must send a lot).

I received an email addressed to my mother today. She has been dead for 9 years and wasn't any sort of business when she was alive. I don't know what sort of 'tailored' funding you had in mind. Gravestone upgrade perhaps?
