Don't use them. I'm in law school. I bought my books on the first week of orientation, the very first day I knew what books I needed, and I found out today that they won't arrive until my third week of school. This is after emailing them about why they were taking so long, and I didn't have a tracking number yet. They've left me high and dry. I'm going to have to buy the books elsewhere and pay their ridiculous 15% restocking fee.

The cheap turns out expensive. Stay away from this so-called low cost text book company. I love using smaller book companies instead of these big corporations, but this time it turned out terrible. These people claim they delivered a book by UPS, but the book never arrived. They refuse to refund or reship. This is a tiny, apparently one person company, that cuts corners and expects the customer to pay for their errors. Any legit company works with the customer when a package is not delivered or misdelivered. This one's solution is to blame the customer and try to keep your funds. Beware.
