Cuidado, es una estafa.
Le compramos 4 ventiladores el pasado 17 de julio. El 5 de agosto, envié un email porque no teníamos noticias de la compra y me respondieron que debería llegar en un plazo de 4 a 12 días, yo sabía que esto no iba a ocurrir porque vivo en Canarias pero aún así contaba con que llegara. A partir de aquí emails preguntando por la compra y ellos que respondían para decirme el pasado 29 de octubre que no pueden realizar la entrega debido a la falta de servicio de envío a España y que procederán al reembolso completo del pedido. Pasan los días y no recibo el reembolso, les escribo y aquí viene lo bueno¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ copio y pego la respuesta que he recibo por email: (Lamentamos informarle que no podemos procesar el reembolso. He intentado realizarlo, pero no se ha podido completar, ya que las tarjetas de crédito tienen una regla de reembolso de 90 días. Han pasado más de 90 días, por lo que no podemos procesar el reembolso ni desde nuestro sistema ni a través de la tarjeta de crédito.

Le pedimos disculpas por los inconvenientes que esto le haya podido causar. Si necesita más asistencia en el futuro, no dude en enviarnos un correo electrónico.)

Dejaron que transcurriera el tiempo para NO DEVOLVER EL DINERO. ESTAFADORES PROFESIONALES

Ho fatto l'acquisto e mi sono accorto che i pezzi erano 3 anziché uno per fare una prova. Chiamo telefonicamente è inoltro mail. Mi dicono che apporteranno modifica. Successivamente ricevo invece i tre prodotti e notando che tra l'altro non funzionano assolutamente bene contatto svariate volte il call center. Mi viene proposto un rimborso anziché ritornare i pezzi eccedenti mal funzionanti.
Non ho mai ricevuto alcun rimborso e debbo dire che sono pessimi nell'utilizzo.

0 stars isnt an option if it was thats what they would have been given. Product not as advertised, not even close to what was advertised, hung up on me when I rang them. Had to lodge a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and then had to wear $23 for return postage. Complete scam!!

Sales presentation has you believe your going to get a new concept refrigerated form of mini personal air conditioner .. What you do get is a crap piece of cheap plastic frame, 5 volt non silent fan with a USB plug.
Bottom line, it is a very overpriced mini evaporative cooler with a 500 mil water tank, the sort of thing you could put in your child's Barbie Dolls house.
Had I looked I probably could find similar on Ali or Temu for $5.

Terrible product. Truly a waste of money and should be held out as a scam.

Why do you hide your Extended Warranty cost - I didn't want it and now I have been overcharged 4 x $9.90 for the four units I bought. I want a refund for the Extended Warranty

I had a very bad experience with this business. They are very skilled and ruthless cheaters and scammers.
IF, by any mistake you ordered and paid for something with this “business”you may say goodbye to your money forever !! There is no chance you could cancel , return and get your money back - no chzances in hell !!!!
They advertise under different names eg. Frosty fuse, Blumeheat ,Synoshi and so on ( I am surprised that they are still allowed to trade )

Horrific company. I didn't even accept the terms and conditions and closed the browser before completing the purchase, and they still charged my card. I then sent them several emails saying that they have charged me illegally, and a bot replied that the order is already shipped. There is no customer service. There is no one to talk to. This is a pure scam.

If a zero rating was available , this obvious scam would be a minus ten . It is a simple , cheap toy evaporative cooler which in it's wildest dreams could not cool the inside of a match box let alone a house . This sort of obvious false advertising needs to be stomped on by government fair trading offices who are supposed to be protecting consumers from these crooks

Nulla è stato come doveva......il prodotto non risponde alla descrizione.....il prezzo è 4 volte maggiore rispetto al valore commerciale di vendita su altri siti (pagato € 76,88 valore € 17,35). Con questi risultati ritengo che il prodotto, il prezzo e la ditta stessa che lo vende siano una truffa. Invito altri utenti a non farsi ingannare e quindi a non comprare. Spero che vengono presi provvedimenti e che li fanno chiudere al più presto...sono veri truffatori.....A richiesta di rimborso sono spariti...

Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata un disastro. Arriva a casa la mattina un apparecchio pagato oltre 75 euro con spese spedizione, che in realtà è un giocattolo da 10 euro che si può trovare in uno shop cinese. Pensavo di restituirlo, ma non faccio in tempo a dedidere di tenerlo che la sera il giocattolo smette anche di funzionare. Per settimane ho cercato di mettermi in contatto con assistenti referenti e affini, ma tutto inutile.

It is a scam. Their air conditioner does not work at all in humid climates ( that's about half of the planet ), in contrast to what they advertise . They also don't want to honor their full purchase refund , and their site appears to be run by AI or bots, so that they keep sending me the same response over and over again.

This is a total scam. The box says it is green, but the item is white with some black dirt around the fan. The item is defective; it does not power on. It's a total waste of money. This is the worst product I have ever purchased in my life. Please do not buy the product.

Usan el nombre de la ESA en su anuncio. Y tienen un marketing muy agresivo. Tardan una burrada. Y cuando llega es un cacho de plástico cuadrado de 10 cm por −66,89€ euros. Ole su cara. Enfría más abrir la ventana. Depósito de agua hasta la mitad maximo, 300ml y ruidoso. Un abuso.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Like many others, their product is a complete scam. Doesn't cool like they claim. And they make it difficult to return for a full refund. I should have researched them before buying their crap.

A total scam and legal action must be taken of the company - FrostyFuse for misleading information. The regulator for such products must check the product genuineness before allowing/permitting the sale.
We ordered and tried out the cooler for a day. there was absolutely no cooling as per the advertisement. We have written to FrostyFuse to take back the package and return the money paid.

C est effectivement des arnaqueurs et c'est You tube qui pousse des pubs sur leurs produits . Impossible de se faire rembourser des articles refuser à leurs livraisons dont même pas réceptionnés.
A qui peut-on se fier et pourquoi You tube a besoin de faire un sacre tri dans ces annonceurs, c'est leurs images qui perdent toutes crédibilités. Pourquoi ils ne montrent pas plus d honnêteté. Et se fais complice d'arnaqueurs.

Did not work as advertised. The company on the website offers a 100% money by guarantee which they do not honor.

Our rules for the item return dictate that to be eligible for a refund, you must send the items back to us within 30 days after receiving them. The items have to be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging you received them in. If you're buying this expecting it to cool down a room, don't buy it, it does not. It works off of water and a fan, so you might as well just take a cub of ice and put it in front of a fan it will work better then their product.
