Unprofessional. Sought to obtain monies not due to them. I have complained to the IPA about the company and in particular Mr Jeremy Frost. Avoid this company!

The company's reply below is in incorrect. The comment "Less than full disclosure to us of the Company’s position resulting in a fixed fee being offered which is inconsistent with the reality" is simply untrue. Do not believe what this company does or says. Stating the truth; questioning unprofessional behavior and reporting the company to the regulatory body is not bullying.

I will update this review when the IPA (the regulator) has concluded its investigation into the company obtaining monies when it was 'out of office'.

Again, avoid!!!!!

20.03.26 update:
I note the additional comment by the Frost Group. The fact remains that the company contacted HMRC when ‘out of office’ (i.e. no longer acting as the liquidator) and redirected money from HMRC (not their money) into their account. That speaks for itself I think.

Avoid at all cost, and note their unprofessional child like response posted 20.03.26. This is what you will encounter if you use them.

Nobody does a Members Voluntary Liquidation very often so the level of support received from Kerry and Frost Group was vital. The few queries I raised saw swift, helpful responses and the process progressed to a very satisfactory conclusion.

We needed to carry out an MVL for our company - It had not debt and had ceased trading, therefore we wanted to extract the money as a capital disbursement.

This has all be done and completely handled - We are very happy with the process.

We would especially like to thank Kerry who has been our point of contact the entire time and did a fantastic job - she was very patient with us and let us know what needed to be done each step of the way.
