Frontier Surrey Ltd Bewertungen

The whole team at Frontier Surrey were exceptional. Nicole was excellent at dealing with a slightly unclear brief, providing useful advice and helping us figure out what would work best. Simon and Marco who came to do the work were great - they were friendly, professional and worked incredibly hard to get the work done to a great standard and on time - all for a price which was extremely competitive. We couldn't be happier with the result.

Frontier carried out the work in a very proffesional way and in less time that I anticipated. I would have no hestiatation to use them agian or recommend them to a friend.

We have had top rate service from the beginning visit and quote to the completion of the work. Communication was so good, workmanship spot on. So happy with everything. We can highly recommend Frontier Surrey Ltd. Certainly will use them again if the need arises

Excellent job. Quick efficient and hard working, very happy and would definitely use again.

Fantastic Landscaping company from beginning to end. Over the moon with results!! Everyone was so professional and friendly, always answered my questions and queries promptly and had excellent knowledge about what would work best!

I recently purchased my first home and was shocked to discover a tree being installed on my property without my consent. I walked outside to find a worker from Frontier Surrey Ltd digging up my front garden without so much as knocking on my door to inform me.

To make matters worse, the tree—a Betula Jacquemontii—is enormous, already taller than my house, and completely unsuitable for the space. This is in stark contrast to what I was told before moving in: that any tree planted would be a small ornamental one, which I was comfortable with.

My property is built on a proactive membrane with landfill and methane gas beneath it, and I was specifically advised not to plant any deep-rooting trees due to the potential safety hazards. Despite this, the installer proceeded to dig and stake wood around the tree without any apparent knowledge of the membrane or the risks involved. When I explained the dangers and asked him to stop, he refused, claiming, "My boss told me to do it, so I have to." And ''Well it needs to go a 3rd of the tree in so''

As the property owner, I clearly told him to stop work, but he ignored me. When I asked if he was aware of the membrane and the limitations on digging depth, he admitted he had no idea. This lack of awareness is deeply concerning, as it could have caused serious damage or safety issues.

I’ve since contacted Frontier Surrey Ltd’s boss, Lewis, to raise my concerns, but his response has been dismissive and uninterested in resolving the problem. This entire experience has been deeply stressful, and I am now left with a massive, inappropriate tree on my property, and no confirmation that the membrane hasn’t been compromised.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, as their disregard for property rights, safety protocols, and customer concerns is appalling. This has been a nightmare experience for me as a new homeowner, and I am now left to deal with the aftermath of their negligence.

Could have not wish for a better team if people, from he start to he beginning with a visit from Nicky
Both teams worked hard and none stop from day one, I can say the garden and worked carried out as been outstanding
Even my neighbours have commented on it, I would like to say a big thank to all Nicky team

An excellent landscaping company who really put your garden first. Every team we met were friendly, knowledgeable and worked to a high standard to achieve our beautiful garden. Nicole was reachable and the customer service is second to none. Even with the elements against them they kept coming back until the transformation was complete. Any issues were quickly dealt with and the whole experience was a pleasure. Thank you so much!

Fantastic job from design to completion. Excellent customer service from Nicole listen to all our needs and requirements. Work carried out to a very high standard and within the time frame quoted. Couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely go back..

Personally I would to like to thank Dan for his incredible work he did in our garden replacing our uneven fences and given our garden a new look and life , absolutely great work done , very honest, professional and very polite . Highly recommend

Having read all the positive comments and reviews our experience was all of that and more . Very helpful and friendly staff explaining what we could do and how it would be done, giving confidence before work started. The team on site were superb working hard and ensuring that everything was done to our satisfaction. Cant recommend enough

Incredible, quality service! Not only were all people we dealt with super friendly, but they also delivered a wonderful garden- we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Really pleased with work carried out to our drive. Great beginning to end customer service. From the initial contact from Nicole providing quotes and dates to David carrying out the work. Pride in their work, professional, tidy, regular updates, worked really hard to get the job completed well and on time.

I spent a month searching for the best deal and reached out to local installers and contractor companies. Finally, I found that Frontier was offering the best and most genuine price. They were very flexible with dates and times. I will use their services again in the future. I highly recommend Frontier to anyone who wants to save valuable time in their search for the best service at the best price.

They are very helpful and friendly. They done very professional job. Very good price as well.

The Frontier Surrey team have transformed my garden! My small weedy lawned garden is now a beautiful sanctuary with a new porcelain patio, raised planter beds, a play park area and small clover lawn. Right from the start communication was great, Nicole was extremely responsive and really listened to what I was looking for. She put together a detailed proposal for me and managed many questions from me with grace. Price wise, they were very competitive and were able to beat the quotes from five other companies that I spoke to. The guys that did the work are extremely talented and the quality of the finish is incredible. It was also lovely that all of the people involved were very polite and nice. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Frontier again if I ever need help in the future. Thanks again everyone!

Great job, very professional and friendly.
The customer service from start to finish was also 5 star.
Would definitely recommend.
Will use again in the future.

We had to have our fence secured after bad weather, the team were so quick to respond, they went the extra mile and very helpful plus friendly. Would highly recommend!

Excellent company.
Made the booking process very easy, were very flexible with dates and times.
The garden is better than we could have ever imagined

The garden in our newbuild property had to be completely stripped, levelled and re-turfed after the developers/previous contractor did not do things properly.
Phil came to work on our garden over three days, two days with Connor and the final day with Ganesh, we spoke mainly with Phil over the three days and found him to be very polite, friendly and hard working, an absolute credit to Frontier.

I have watched the developers put in garden after garden dumping in soil and spreading it about with a digger bucket, throwing some turf on top and hoping for the best.
Phil, Connor and Ganesh showed fantastic attention to detail, ensuring that the job was done properly using the appropriate tools and taking pride in their work, the difference in the quality of the work is huge and I would absolutely recommend Frontier if you need work done on your garden
