Frontier Canada, Frontier America & Frontier Ski Bewertungen 

This was our third holiday booked with Frontier, and my third time booking with Jeanette. We were able to tailor our RV hire to suit our needs and plans for our trip, which is always helped by their knowledge and experience. We have booked three times for a reason, our holiday was fairly priced, gave us everything we wanted without the stress of booking it all individually ourselves. Thank you!

Huge thank you to Joanne at Frontier for putting together a great trip to the Rockies for our family. Relatively late notice and with some constraints already in place she did a great job working internal flights, accommodation, car hire and train travel to make it happen! Vamoos app invaluable especially with poor coverage in various locations. Can highly recommend Jasper Star Trails for a lovely experience if you are ever in town and Mt Norquay Via Ferrata if you want to see the mountains up close!

We had a wonderful holiday -we thoroughly enjoyed it all. We were impressed with all the arrangements and organisation you did for us especially linking the ferries and the train which could have been tricky. We had no complaints about any of the hotels or activities – all worked extremely well. Thank you to Joanne Moores for doing such a great job planning it all for us. We would thoroughly recommend Frontier Travel.

Just back from an amazing holiday to Western Canada and Alaska. Jo went out of her way before the trip to tailor the itinerary to our needs/ likes and all the travel arrangements were meticulously planned and executed, both by Jo and the local ground agents. The Vamoos app was a user friendly way of having all the documents in one place without the need for loads of paper or emails.
Huge thanks to Jo….you created some fantastic memories for us!

The ranch was fantastic. Not too many people and the cabins were far enough apart that you could enjoy the quiet. The cabins were basic but clean and perfect for us. We did have to ask for a kettle though!
The meals were great. Too much food. The best was breakfast up on the hill with the horses.
The wranglers were great with people of all levels. If you can ride ,which we can, you need to make sure they realize you want fast rides. After day one we went out on fantastic rides every day generally 4 or 5 of us with the wrangler.
There were other activities which other people enjoyed but I just stuck to the riding and fantastic bird watching! My daughter enjoyed sitting on an inner tube riding down the river( it's very shallow!)
All in all an amazing experience. Joanne sorted everything out and apart from a delayed flight all was fine. We hired a car and the drive to the ranch was easy. It gave us the flexibility to go out if we wanted to and was much cheaper than ranch transport.

All arrangements were impeccable, and all went without a hitch, even if we did miss the 9am ferry from Vancouver Island back to the mainland!
BC Ferries very kindly put us on the next sajling at 10am...panic over!
Loved everywhere we went...Banff has been a favourite for several years, this being our third visit...loved the Blue River bear watching cruise, where we saw a mother Moose with two calves that the guide said looked to be new born!
Also spotted a black bear munching on leaves and roots by the riverbank,totally unconcerned about us being a safe distance away, but close enouvh for great pics...

And then the Spirit of the Orca cruise out of Victoria, where we found a pod of Orca who had a calf in their number, and stayed around for a good while for great pboto opportunities...

All in all. A job very well done, thanks Jeanette!!

I cannot recommend Joanne enough in helping us plan the most phenomenal honeymoon! Joanne took so much time and care in listening to our wild ideas and making our trip such a success.

Despite a few bumps in the road, namely my new husband forgetting his driving licence (on our fly-drive trip around BC) every experience was top notch. The highlights of our whale watching boat trips and champagne and caviar afternoon tea over looking the rockies will now always remind us of the most special start to our married life. Thank you, we are already discussing our next Canadian Adventure.

Planning and booking my first solo trip abroad would not have been possible without Joanne! She saved my entire trip after an airline strike the night before and I wouldn't have missed the itinerary she'd created for me for the world - it was all incredible. The accommodation was perfect, and even when flights were delayed my transfers were rearranged with no hassle. I had a fantastic time and would wholeheartedly recommend Frontier for Canada travel!

I would nit hesitate in recommending her to friends and family.

This is the 3rd year we have used Frontier and would highly recommend them the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas they cover, go out of their way to assist for example they contacted both the Ranch and transport company for us when our plane was delayed at Heathrow which we were not in a position to do ourselves. We have just rebooked again to go on a Ranch Holiday to the USA with the wonderful assistance of Joanne at Frontier who has dealt with our previous 2 bookings.

Joanne from Frontier Travel arranged my entire trip with excellent service to White Stallion Ranch in Arizona which included 6 seperate flights as I am travelling into friends in California. I was met at Tucson airport by a ranch rep and my experience at the ranch was everything I had hoped for.

Joanne was exceptional in helping us get the best out of our three week stay and trip around Canada. Great suggestions for alternative locations, excursions, and hotels/lodges. Excellent communication and documentation.

Booked my New York, Chicago and LA rail adventure with Joanne. I'm sure I drove her insane with all the changes I kept making, but she just sorted out each on to give me the holiday I wanted. Been a dream trip for years and with her skills I got the perfect holiday everything ran like clockwork, The hotels she booked were all fantastic and in excellent locations. The one in NY was right next to Time Square! Now just to save up for my next adventure!

Joanne Moore was the absolute best agent for arranging my trip! I have dreamt of going to Montana my whole life and I had a huge wishlist for the trip. I had a really bad start to the year and knew that I needed this trip. I phoned Frontier and spoke to the lovely Jo, I gave her my long wishlist and budget and she just jumped to it! The most hassle free trip I have organized or not as it were, Jo was always at the end of the phone and whenever I called to see if I could add things on to the trip, nothing was ever too much trouble, she always settled my nerves as this was a solo trip and I often called her in the weeks leading up to my trip. We stayed in touch during the trip and it was everything I ever dreamed of, the places I stayed were wonderful, the scenery was breathtaking. The best part of my trip was definitely the ranch stay at Circle Bar ranch where I made some life long friends. I had my own cabin, we had 3 meals a day in the main dining room, it was rustic, wholesome and idyllic. I went on two rides a day as well as participating in other activities and had drinks and s'mores by the fire in the evening. I also went to Whitefish which was lovely and all the accomodation Jo booked for me was brilliant. I went to Glacier national Park, Yellowstone National Park and glamped in Paradise Valley (very deserving of its name), Yellowstone was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend getting to a point in the park called Lamar Valley for dawn to see all the native bears, wolves and buffalo. From there i went to Cody for the rodeo and finally onto South Dakota for 2 nights as the last leg of my trip to see Mt Rushmore with many stops on the way including the Battle of Little Big horn and the Badlands National Park.

I couldn't have arranged the trip better myself!

We recently returned from our trip we booked to America taking in Las Vegas, Memphis and Jackson - which included internal flights and hiring a car for some of the trip. First of all, I just wanted to say thank you to Joanne who handled our booking and met every request to the letter. She responded quickly to emails and answered every question. It all went so smoothly - the x3 hotels were all great, international and connecting flights no trouble and car hire worked out perfect. It was an amazing holiday!

We're already looking at where we can go next year, a similar 'road trip' with multiple stops. We'll definitely be coming back to Joanne and Frontier Travel.

We had been considering Canada for a while for a big birthday and wanted to use a smaller, independant company. Unfortunately for Jeanette, I am a planner, but upon making contact and explaining everything we wanted, she worked with me, making suggestions and was very patient with me when I changed things around, several times! We finally flew out for a month in September, visiting Vancouver, a bear lodge near Prince Rupert, 2 day Via train ride, 2 weeks in the Rockies (don't miss out Kananaskis) and finally Drumheller which was a complete contrast to everything else we visited. It was a very busy itinerary and all went smoothly, the accommodation, car hire, travel arrangements were perfect. Canada is huge and we just scratched the surface in 4 weeks but with Jeanette's help we saw amazing wildlife & scenery, it was an incredible experience; we would say our adventure not only met but it surpassed our expectations.

Fantastic experience from first contact to the holiday itself. Booked our first family ski trip to Banff and was absolutely faultless. In fact so good we booked again to a different hotel next winter within weeks of getting home. The folks at Frontier are so knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommended.

This is the third holiday we have booked to Canada Newfoundland with Frontier travel and as usual it was excellent and well organised. Their were hiccups with the flights but this was down to Air Canada nothing to do with Frontier Travel. Apart from this the excursions we booked were excellent especially the Whale Watching from a Zephyr boat at Trinity highly recommend it. Hotels were excellent and hire car very good.

We were so pleased with the service that Frontier Travel provided for our recently enjoyed trip to Canada, which included an Alaskan cruise.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jeanette and every question posed was answered promptly and efficiently.
