Al llegar a Colombo nos esperaba Nifras, y nos ha acompañado durante todo el viaje. Es un 10 sobre 10. Amable, servicial, simpático, te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas. Friendly Tour Drivers Sri Lanka, organised the most incredible 3 days full of excursions, before we arrived we gave a list of places we wanted to see and they planned everything!

The excursions themselves were nothing short of spectacular. To name a few, the village tour, safari, gem museum and tea plantation.

Our driver, MFR, was always on time and very friendly while providing a safe driving experience and fascinating insights about each destination. His passion for the country’s history and culture added depth to our excursions, making each stop an educational experience. Overall, MFR provided an unforgettable experience and exceptional service!

Sri Lanka has been at the top of my bucket list for years and I can't even begin to explain how much Friendly Tour Drivers Sri Lanka and our driver MFR has exceeded our expectations and more.

We booked a 3 day tour with Friendly Tour Drivers to which they wrote the itinerary, provided hotel recommendations and provided us with a personal driver.

24hrs before our tour was due to start Friendly Tour Drivers messaged me to inform me who our driver was and that we had a free car upgrade to an SUV, AMAZING!

The following day, we met our driver MFR. Words cannot explain how incredible MFR is, he deserves a million star reviews, not just 5. He made sure we followed the itinerary and everything extra we wanted to do. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and had a fantastic sense of humour. MFR has made our experience of travelling around Sri Lanka completely unforgettable and we have made some memories that will stay with me & my friends for a lifetime. MFR was the perfect person for us.

Nous avons eu la chance incroyable d’avoir Hairulla comme driver pendant notre séjour au Sri Lanka, et nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux !

Hairulla est une personne exceptionnelle : toujours souriant, extrêmement sympathique, bienveillant et d’une grande gentillesse. Il a ce don de mettre à l’aise immédiatement, et on se sent en totale confiance avec lui dès les premiers instants. Sa conduite est parfaite, prudente et très professionnelle, ce qui est vraiment rassurant pendant les trajets.

Tout au long du voyage, il a été aux petits soins pour nous avec de nombreuses attentions qui font toute la différence : bouteilles d’eau, conseils personnalisés, recommandations de lieux, restaurants ou activités… Il a toujours cherché à nous faire plaisir et à rendre notre expérience la plus agréable possible.

C’est bien plus qu’un simple driver, c’est une très belle rencontre humaine. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ont clairement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus magique.

Nous sommes parties avec une amie et sa fille Thaïs de 8ans pour deux semaines de voyage au Sri Lanka, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle.

Nous avons eu énormément de chance de rencontrer Minhan. Grâce à lui, notre séjour a été parfait du début à la fin.

Il est accueillant, chaleureux, à l’image de la population de ce magnifique pays. Toujours de bonne humeur, à l’écoute, patient et disponible, il a su s’adapter à tous nos changements de programme. Il nous a donné d’excellents conseils et possède de nombreux contacts sur place, ce qui nous a permis de vivre chaque activité dans les meilleures conditions.

Grâce à lui, nous avons fait un circuit et des activités vraiment incroyables. C’est une agence de chauffeur très sérieuse, sans frais cachés. Pendant tout le voyage, nous nous sommes senties en sécurité.

Nous avons vécu des moments inoubliables. Avec lui, il n’y a qu’à profiter et se laisser porter, un vrai bonheur. Il a aussi été d’une gentillesse incroyable avec Thaïs, ce qui m’a beaucoup touchée.

Nous repartons avec la tête pleine de souvenirs et le cœur rempli de gratitude pour tout ce qu’il nous a permis de vivre et de découvrir. Une véritable expérience locale, en toute sécurité et avec beaucoup de plaisir.

We had a fabulous tour around Sri Lanka with these guys. From the start Mr Faz was super responsive and accommodating in making our arrangements. We agreed our own route with some helpful advice on options for accommodation etc.

On arrival in Sri Lanka our driver Nuwan was an absolute star from the start and throughout - nothing was too much trouble for this lovely gentleman. He was informative, super helpful and unfalteringly polite.

Our vehicle was spotless and very comfortable it really was a superb experience and one that I would highly recommend.

Safraz is a very punctual, humble & courteous person. We lacked a little bit of communication with our itinerary with him but overcame it. He pointed out some interesting facts about Sri Lanka which we truly appreciated. He advised us on what we would enjoy. We felt safe with him. Will highly recommend him.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avec Ameer notre chauffeur qui nous a fait découvrir ce magnifique pays qu'est le Sri Lanka. L'organisation a été parfaite (à l'exception de son insistance pour nous faire passer par des visites attrape touristes pour avoir ses commissions, c'est pour cela que je ne mets pas 5 étoiles) , ses conseils ont été par ailleurs pertinents et le van qui nous a transporté etait très confortable. Merci également à Mr Faz avec qui nous avons préparé ce voyage.
Tous les 2 ont fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse comme tous les Sri Lankais que nous avons croisés.
Notons également que le rapport qualité /prix est imbattable.

13 csodálatos napot töltöttünk Sri Lankán Nifraz társaságában, és nagyon hálásak vagyunk ezért az élményért. Már a repülőtéren várt minket, segített az e-SIM kártyák elintézésében, és az első pillanattól kezdve biztonságban és jó kezekben éreztük magunkat.

Az utazás során reggeltől estig velünk volt, mindig pontosan érkezett, az autó tiszta és rendezett volt, és minden nap volt benne friss víz. Nifraz nagyon biztonságosan vezet, ami különösen fontos volt a hosszabb utak során.

A 13 nap alatt együtt jártuk be Sri Lanka számos gyönyörű részét: az ősi városokat, templomokat, a hegyvidéket Kandy környékén, majd a déli tengerpartot is. Útközben sokat beszélgettünk, mesélt az országról, a kultúráról és a mindennapi életről. Mindig szívesen javasolt programokat, de ugyanakkor rugalmas volt akkor is, ha változtatni szerettünk volna a terveken.

Az utolsó este még együtt vacsoráztunk is, ahol az életéről és a családjáról mesélt. Ez különösen kedves és személyes pillanat volt számunkra.

Ami igazán kiemeli őt, az a figyelmessége és a gondoskodása. Még azután is írt nekünk, miután elbúcsúztunk, hogy megkérdezze, rendben hazaértünk-e.

Nifraz nagyon kedves, megbízható, előzékeny és segítőkész ember. Vele utazni biztonságos, nyugodt és élményekkel teli volt.

Dopo diverse ricerche e preventivi abbiamo optato per qs compagnia e....ci siamo trovati benissimo: auto confortevole, acqua a disposizione, SIM card inclusa, assistenza nel pianificare il tour da parte di mr. Faz.
Il NS autista mr. Shaveen ci ha fatto anche da guida accompagnandoci anche nei siti e nei templi e per trascorrere 13 GG di tour insieme ci vuole ovviamente feeling.

We spent a week with Arfan, who is an extraordinary driver. His driving was exemplary, and he took excellent care of us and our children.
Arfan suggested places to visit that we hadn't considered. We didn't agree to everything, but communication was seamless for the whole family. Our children became very fond of him, and so did we.

Fin da subito si è dimostrato una persona amabile, estremamente puntuale e premurosa e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per godere al meglio della nostra vacanza, anche proponendo modifiche alle nostre scelte iniziali, che si sono rivelate estremamente migliorative e ci hanno consentito di ottimizzare i tempi. Ashik ci ha anche sempre prontamente aiutato col cambio valuta. Uno degli hotel da me prenotati ha annullato la prenotazione qualche ora prima del nostro arrivo e Ashik ci ha aiutati a trovare subito un'altra eccellente sistemazione. We have been very happy with our experience with Sri Lankan Personal Tours. The company was always helpful in our planning of the trip, making good suggestions on how we could improve our trip further and advising us on how best to sort out our travel bookings. There was always prompt, friendly and wise support there.
Minhan was a good driver and was always very punctual. But he was much more than that. He was a really lovely, kind, helpful, positive, sensitive and humorous person to spend two weeks with! He never seemed to be put off by any of our requests and uncomplainingly drove us down some fairly challenging accommodation lanes! He was also very keen that we had the best possible experience of Sri Lanka. He gently offered additional sites to visit on our journeys, including a wonderful extra little trip to a beautiful waterfall. We felt very lucky to have been driven by him. He could not have been more helpful.
