Wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering. Ordered a bath sheet, totally thin and scratchy just to the hand after opening, and they sent me the wrong colour. Have emailed asking for a return/refund, not heard back but probably going to be an ordeal based on other feedback

These are the scratchiest sheets I have ever slept on in my life. I could hardly fall asleep on them. Very irritating to the skin. I am no stranger to luxury sheets, and these are not it. The return policy is horrible. Very disappointed in this product and in this company.

I purchased a Single Ajour Sheet Set and the fabric is as stiff as canvas. I can’t even use it because it irritates my skin. I contacted customer service hoping to exchange it for a better-quality set, and they refused to help. Total waste of money.

Very poor return service. Have to pay for a return, no return Label. You are not asked for the reason you give it back.

Inept and dishonest returns. After receipt of multiple e mails from Frette, my merchandise was returned to Frette using a Frette supplied label via ups. Next, another Frette package was delivered and Frette in writing stated I may keep free of charge. In an abundance of caution I said no and used another Frette supplied return label. Frette charged me for the last of the shipped items. I declared a dispute with my cc company. Watch out for Frette employee Margie as she is both inept and snotty.

Expensive package was stolen after UPS did not follow delivery instructions. Sought replacement. Company gave run around after run around - customer service rep Margie refused to elevate my call, gate keeping company contact info for manager. Customer service simply not commensurate with expense and quality of products.

Very disappointed in the quality of these sheets, and disappointed in myself for not seeing the "no-return" policy on the online order. I feel overall like this was a bait-and-switch, as I have purchased fine linens before and these do not live up to the advertised quality and standards. These are ORDINARY sheets. Nothing special. I could have found better at almost ANY department store. I do not recommend. Furthermore, I believe that any company that does not stand behind their product and at the minimum not accept a return with credit is not a reputable company.

I purchased the Lux Precale sheets. Buyer beware these sheets are so thin I can see details in my hand through the sheets. When I contacted Frette for a return I was informed because they are on sale they are a final sale although this is not noted anywhere except fine print. I would have expected much more out of a brand that touts themselves as THE luxury brand of sheets. I will never consider a product from them again. Word to the wise, neither should you.

I ordered some sheets were on sale. The were called “lux percale sheets”. It was my first time ordering a Frette product. The sale price was $500. They are the worst sheets I’ve ever had. I never leave bad reviews but the customer service was even worse. They said these sheets were a certain price point so not expected to be good? Really? Walmart has a better product and their customer service is better!! I post this to help others. I’ve washed them twice and ironed them. They will snag stockings they are that rough!!

J’ai commandé à plusieurs reprises sur le site et je n’ai jamais eu de soucis de livraisons. Les livreurs DHL livrent toujours aux horaires indiqués et les colis ne sont pas endommagés. La qualité des produits est vraiment bonne ! Je n’ai pas le temps d’aller en boutique donc je préfère commander en ligne et le processus de livraison est assez rapide. Le colis venant d’Italie, vers la France, cela prend environ 2 semaines.

Terrible post sale support service.

UK buyers beware if you are using a coupon code. There seems to be issues with their website. All coupon codes are put through as order discount which they put on the invoice and added to 'VAT discount' and declare the full discount to custom to pay as VAT when the goods arrive in the UK. So you end up paying with the full price and no discount.

Tried to call post sale support and they argued the discount code couldn't be used with the product I selected. Sent them screenshots that were taken on their current website of how their coupon code was actually applicable to the product, and the discount was added in addition to the VAT to be paid.

To which they replied "really sorry about this, we can see this issue in your screenshot and our IT department is looking into it. But the code coupons couldn't be applied to be product you bought two months ago" so I ended up paying a few hundred pounds to custom that I thought was a discount!
