FreshLearn- Buyer Beware
FreshLearn failed to deliver the services promised and paid for and when called to the carpet, refused to refund us. They offered an additional 60 days free, which is irrelevant as we paid for a year upfront and separately for all of our courses to be done. The migration was never completed, which we paid for costing us additional money to keep our current provider despite more than 45 days of repeated assurances. The site never made active nor anything done properly. No accurate or complete work was provided, leaving us with wasted time and disruption. This reflects serious misrepresentation and a breach of trust—we say proceed with caution and buyer beware. They’ll promise you everything and delver nothing and rather than make it right, cause you to have to fight to get your money back as they still haven’t refunded us. Awful, untruthful, and poor company to deal with in our experience.

I have used FreshLearn for several years now. I migrated from Teachable and the team at FreshLearn made that seamless. My business has grown exponentially with Freshlearn, since it's so easy to use the site, make courses, publish them, and then advertise. I use their system for classes, masterclass events, community hub, free digital downloads, email marketing, etc, and they are adding new stuff all the time. It always works easily and any questions I have or improvements I suggest are responded to quickly. I've had amazing experiences with the team, they are friendly and helpful. I recommend FreshLearn to everyone!

horrible Indian company that will…
Avoid this Indian company unless you enjoy getting nickel-and-dimed and losing money.
We made the mistake of switching from Teachable to FreshLearn thinking we’d save money. Spoiler: we didn’t. They charged us $100 for migration — plus another $450 — all to botch the job. Teachable costs $830 per year. FreshLearn ended up costing us more, plus we lost over $1,000 in member payments because their system wasn’t even set up to charge recurring memberships. Seamless migration? Yeah, right.
They promised everything would go smoothly. Instead, we got a half-baked platform and a whole lot of frustration. Once they have your customer data, good luck getting straight answers — and don’t expect U.S.-based support.
Need help during the day? Too bad. Their "live support" is only available when most of us are asleep — unless you’re up at 11 p.m. Central Time hoping someone in India will respond. Because apparently, having customer support during normal business hours is too much to ask.
If you're tempted to switch to save a few hundred bucks over Teachable, don’t fall for it. Trust me: you get what you pay for, and this bargain came with hidden costs, bad service, and a trip right back to Teachable.
Lesson learned. Never again.

Today, I participated in a Zoom meeting with Raghu Venkat from FreshLearn. He dedicated time to edit and link my URL and email to my FreshLearn website. Although there are a few additional details to be incorporated, he executed the edits with commendable skill, rendering my website nearly ready for business. The process took longer than anticipated; however, they compensated for this delay by extending my subscription. I extend my gratitude to Raghu for his exceptional work.

I needed help creating a dropdown menu. When I tried to figure it out and failed, I clicked to chat with an agent. They created the menu for me (Yay!) and then gave me the instructions so I could do it myself next time (Double Yay!). I follow the instructions and it was so simple once I understood. Looses pages and emails
The tool would be great, the only issue is, the tool constantly looses your work on emails and pages.
Whilst writing an email or page, the tool suddenly reloads and you are back to an empty page, no matter how often you saved your work.
The support is not helpful, as they just tell you to save.
Switching to Freshlearn was definitely one of our worst business decisions.
