I was charged for a subscription on March 14th and the subscription was never sent. I have tried to contact company through e-mails and the response has been a computer generated response of check the tracking number which was never generated because it was never sent. I have called the two phone numbers they have and they are no longer operating.

I tried their Lions Mane capsules for less than a week. A family member used them for only a few days. We both experienced symptoms of unreasonable anxiety and panic. I tried to ask FreshCap about "mood changes" and could not contact a human. "Support" phone rings 4 times and hangs up, AI Chat goes round in circles with generic articles and "sorry I can't help you" messages, website says "Because everyone has a different experience we do not accept returns."

I am just about out of the Thrive product. I think their knowledge of mushrooms is great, the product has helped me, I also have used the Shroomues for my furry friends. They love them. But what I do,not lije is they run out of product, and two times I have has to wait in the shroomies. This time I am,waiting on more Thrive and Chaga. It us taking 10,days for the product to,get to me. This is not satisfactory.

Love these guys. So knowledgeable and I trust their products. Just tried the new Unwind Mushroom Elixir. It's a lifesaver. Haven't slept that well in ages. Thank you Freshcap, glad to be part of the Freshcap fam.
