Hope that they follow the delivery date as indicated in the website. It's shown that the order will be delivered in 1-2 days but I didn't get it for another 10 days. No response when inquired for the order delivery.
Also, I was offered for a 10% discount when signing up but I have not seen it yet.

Order never arrived despite the full amount being charged to my card. Poor communication from FreezeNDried, they provided unsatisfactory responses and then just stopped replying. It seems the order was never sent. What a rip off!

EDIT: I received my order on 1/28/2025. I am glad we resolved it! Thank you for rectifying it. I wish the communication was better as I would have happily waited to receive the order had I known about the delays and was provided an estimate. Thank you.

I ordered from this website (December 20th) and several weeks passed with no communication. I finally reached out to them on Etsy (January 3rd) and they told me that my order would be shipped / dispatched January 5th. I continue to message, but to no avail. I have tried Etsy messaging and two different emails. The seller has been active on social media, but I still have not received my order nor have I received any tracking information or indications that my order was shipped. Very unhappy with my experience so far as I can't make heads or tails of how my order is being handled. I hope I can receive guidance soon.

This is my absolutely favorite freeze dried store. When I had my first backpacking trip last summer, your freeze dried fruits were such a hit! That is when I fell in love with all of your stuff and have tried probably everything at your shop! No one can beat your quality! I've tried stuff from ReadyWise, Peak and even Backpacker's pantry and no one can even come close to what you offer! I can't wait until you guys bring the meals back as well! Happy to be placing my 8th order with you guys today :)

This was my first time ordering freezeNdried snacks online, and dare i say i was beyond surprised by the amazing quality. I loved the variety of ice cream and the candles and the fruits, especially my fav the strawberries. 100% recommend, def doing this again

Excellent product and excellent customer service! So happy to have a local and Canadian company to purchase my freeze dried fruit and veg from. Freeze dried is great for cooking while camping or at the cabin and saves on food waste. Also happy to see that they use fresh, quality produce!

Since this was my first time ordering freeze dried snacks online, i was surprised by the amazing quality, I liked the different types of candies and ice cream. All fruits were amazing, especially raspberries and the strawberries.. I will be ordering something else next time to try out some more😀👌

Ordered over 4 times and every order was better and better. Peaches and strawberries were my favourite but everything else was great as well! I really want to try passion fruit next! Also everything came in quick, about 4 days after I ordered it.
