Fed Up with 3rd class mobile service
I am using freeup mobile from last 2 years. Initially, it was very good. Customer support replied promptly and had no network glitches. From 2022 initial, it started giving me trouble as ATT was stopped it's 3g services in a phased manner. As an ATT MVNO it affects, freeup services as well. I changed my mobile phone and it worked very well with 5G services, but now I am not able to use international calling facility. Seems like they stopped it or some other issues. Another problem is they don't provide international roaming which hit me hard when I visited India and need network for banking related OTP. I wrote several emails to them to check the issue, but now they don't even acknowledge any emails.
I'll switch to ATT prepaid and will opt it's annual prepaid services which gives me double rollover data (8+8=16GB) and international roaming. For international call I am using rebel now which gives 205 min to any country for $5 with no validity.
