Spam
Spam. Scam. Absolute waste of time. Not even sure how they got my contact details, but I keep getting messages with spam links, phone calls that are phishing scams. It's a proper scam. It's not even possible to cancel or delete your data properly. I've contacted support 3 times with this request to cancel and delete, and I've texted their cancellation number 3 times too. The texts were paid, so money as taken out of my sim card, and it still wasn't cancelled.

She rang at the time that was suitable and was very friendly, she even sent me a colour guide so I could pick my own colour. Typed unsubscribe link into my computer which resulted in the response "You have now been unsubscribed."
I didn't subscribe in the first place.

Was signed up without my permission. SCAM.
Was signed up without my permission to FreeStuff texts via a Facebook scam link. I called Text Local, who requested Free Stuff and their account manager to opt me out of their texts, but they are continuing to spam my mobile number. If you text stop to 66777, Text Local will be charged 13p by your provider, which you will have to pay. Seems like a multifaceted scam. Now I've been forced into a global opt-out list because Free Stuff won't simply remove my number, so I won't get NHS alerts, as a disabled person who needs alerts for my hospital appointments, this is impacting my welfare. If I continue to be spammed, I have reported FreeStuff to the Commissioner's Office (ICO) and the Federal Trade Commission and suggest all others having issues with these scammers do the same.

Spammers....stealing peoples numbers
I do not know how this company got my number, they called me asking for "Ashton". I specifically told them that they had the wrong number and that I wasn't that person. They still however continue to bombard me with texts. Texts that still appear even after blocking the contact. This is absolute spam and when I tried to opt out the text failed. The only way you can get any help on their website is by providing your email address, which I refuse to do as I do not want to be subjected to further spam. I don't understand why they don't have a contact number or email address so you can deal directly with someone. It is not an easy fix and this is done on purpose.

As for opting out of SMS communications, our opt-out code works but understand that some network providers block this action depending on the plan you are on.

Real company but the scrolling through questions etc to be eligible drives me batty
This company is genuine but I thought on subscribing that it was the sort of site that would tell you about offers and vouchers and the like. I'm old enough to know that there are no free lunches but there was an offer today to be entered into a draw for something. The prize was something I could use were I lucky enough to win though I'm not banking on it. I found having to scroll through loads of questions then say did I want to be a tester for this company, that company or the other company somewhat trying. I can't remember seeing anything about having to answer questions or do surveys to become eligible for an offer on signing up but maybe I missed it. Now I don't know if the company builds an email list or not but if I get emails I don't want I block them or move them to spam.

I received a full size mac lipstick and since the beginning the support and customer service was on spot. Vanessa was really helpful and friendly, asked me what colour I wanted and the style I prefe, sending me colour charts.
