After buying a freeboy y66 It arrived with a broken throttle wiring harness, it's been three weeks and I still have got no help. Haven't got to ride my bike once. Watch out
I bought a j30 max replacement rear motor and after 2 months it went into high temperature mode so it no longer does the speed it's supposed to.i contacted them in the 11th July and 22 messages later on the 19th of August and I'm still no further forward,I've sent them videos and all kinds of rubbish they have asked me to.so off to consumer advice for me as its a waste of time messaging these morons.
Never received my order and customer service is horrible so they cant even re send it smh

Dear Customer, I'm really sorry for the trouble. It turns out the delivery failed because the phone number on file didn't match, so the package was returned to the carrier's warehouse. We've now provided them with your correct number, and they'll be reshipping the order from there.
Their warehouse needs a few business days to process this before it ships out again, and I'll send you the new tracking number as soon as it's available.

The i scooter is amazing in itself! It is well built, lots of lights, bells and whistles! It is extremely fast!!
We have yet to get past #2 speed setting.
The people that I dealt with at the warehouse were super nice and easy to deal with.

Very good site to buy electric scooters and bikes. Not only do the prices beat all other budget brands but I’ve now had 4 diffrent models and they have all exceeded my expectations customer service is amazing you have to remember we’re foreign to each other a lot and translate has its moments but they’ve gone way over the top to make me happy with my deal before I spend a penny. Defo deserve recognition. H14 is a kukirin c1 replica but bigger motor Then the j15 is basically an m4 pro or j30 depending on power needs. Give them a shot you’ll be chuffed you did
