Ordered a coat off the app payment was no issue by bank transfer or direct debit did hit an issue at the end with balance but was promptly sorted by roya was a simple uninstall install off the app n was all sorted
Worst experience
Worst experience, wrong advertising. I was told the pair of trainers was £35 if you pay through fraser card. Got the card and the payment was £70. The pair had the sticker of £35 and the staff at sports direct said it will "definitely" be charged @£35. Made a complaint as well nothing happened, I was told a long ass story. Stay away. Proper con scheme, I hope FCA looks into it.
Conflicting advice
I wanted to amend/add to an order. Within a few minutes I managed to get into a webchat and then a real person. It took some time but I did all this well within 30 minutes The website says you may be able to alter an order within 30 minutes of placing it but the customer service advisor said it wasn't possible at all.
When I said that that was not what the website said, he asked me what I wanted to do. I said - add to my order. He said you can't. So we went round in circles until I gave up. Avoid.

Don’t even deserve one star. The whole company is a huge scam. I ordered a dressing table for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. No emails but after 8 days I contacted them. Customer service are rude & bullies. They told me I said the item was too bad & returned it. It was all lies. Please don’t ever buy from this company.

I would give no stars but don't have the option. I ordered a fitbit, which needless to say hasn't arrived, there doesn't seem to be any contact email or numbers. I mistakenly thought I was buying from House of Fraser but sadly I've bought from House of Fraudsters. I really wish i had seen the trustpilot reviews prior to my purchase...Never Ever use this company
A month later and I’m still waiting!
Ordered three items, only 2 ever arrived. No apology, no communication and impossible to chase up. It’s essentially theft really. I’ve never contacted trading standards before but I think I might over this.
Item was wrongly described but still had to pay to return
Item was wrongly described, they've since updated their website, but refused to accept they were wrong an insisted I paid for the return postage. No wonder they only seem to get 1 star reviews

Please read all reviews before even thinking about using this company. I have been online shopping for years and have never come across such a dishonest company.
Sent a garment back well within 28 days, unworn, unwashed, with original labels and packaging but their returns department have rejected my refund. Can’t be legal surely! So now they have the garment back along with my money! No customer service number available- that certainly speaks volumes of the sort of company they are - obviously hiding from their valued customers! Shop at your own risk

Please DO NOT purchase online! I paid for a Ted Baker handbag and received 3 squash balls. Sent proof of what I had received and they still prefer to investigate internally rather than refund the inconvenienced customer. I still have no refund. Aftersales service is shocking and they take forever to reply.

Like most of the reviews of this company it’s an absolute scam, purchased 6 items only kept one item due to size, sent the other 5 items back only to be refunded for 3 items, despite getting a confirmation e mail that they had received all 5 returned items… took days to answer an e mail then be told that they had investigated and basically tough ! Please do not purchase from this company!

Refund for misdelivered parcel refused as “photo shows delivery to secure dry porch” sent photos showing my home on google maps and the delivery photos which show two different types of building and different types of front door in different colours. FRASERS claim for refund from evri was rejected so they rejected my refund claim, entirely illegal. Luckily paid via PayPal, absolutely never using FRASERS again.

Atrocious company with zero customer service, hopefully my review will prevent someone else from losing their money, when you send someone back that is unworn and with tags in original packaging they claim it’s not acceptable, please stay clear and buy from a decent company
Shocking
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Almost 1 month on and they cannot sort my issue of being over charged. I've been told lies each time that it's getting g looked into and someone will get back to me but they don't. The chat function is shocking to try and get passed to speak to a human and then often when you pass the chat bot it cuts you off after a 5 minute wait. No telephone number. The emails get responded to once then they send you another one to refer back to the 'chat function' honestly I have never dealt with such an incompetent company.

Appalling customer service from game. Ordered Lego 2 weeks ago was due to be delivered by 30/10 nothing has arrived and the chatbot is useless.

Disgusting company, sells poor quality designer items and false advertises
Disgusting company to deal with. I bought a designer item and it was advertised as black when it arrived it was a brown/grey colour, the packaging was all damaged and the branding on the item was all blurry and badly printed across the whole item.
It took me two weeks of trying online to get through to anyone at customer services, and then the agent kept timing out so I didn't get anything sorted. I then emailed and it took over a week to speak to someone, and despite sending photos I was told the item is fine. I escalated and got told I would need to send more photos and I would hear back, I sent a picture with the item on a black background so you could clearly see how it was NOT black and I was ignored for another week. I have chased again as a different person emailed and asked did I want a return, which I do. They sent me a link to get a free return and said they'd send a replacement. I emailed back and said there is no way i want another one of these items as it is defective and not as described on the website. I am now ignored days later. I have tried to use the returns link and it doesn't work, I am so angry and disgusted, they have essentially miss-sold an item and it is useless and won't do anything about it. Awful company .
Group Leadership Team is FAILING customers.
Having experienced the same dire customer experience with Flannels, Frasers and Sports Direct, all part of the Frasers Group, I cannot understand why it seems so committed to offering the worst possible customer care. Even with very high-value orders from Flannels, there is very little help when things go wrong. So, have those in charge incentivised online support staff to be as unhelpful as possible, or is this the culture within the company? It is just so bizarre.
A cursory glance at online reviews show that customers are generally happy with Frasers Group until there is a problem with their order and then customer service refuse to help, or at best, make getting any help so difficult and burdensome that you’d question why you’d ever shop with them again. I no longer shop with any of these companies as it’s not worth the time or effort resolving any issues.
One can only assume that those in charge, particularly, owner Mike Ashley, CEO Michael Murray and COO David Al-Mudallal, refuse to put processes in place to offer a good level of customer service. This demonstrates how they feel about their customers, they simply do not care, reckoning that their coverage of the market is too large for them to fail. History tells us that when companies stop caring about their customers, customers divert their loyalty elsewhere and this appears to be what’s happening with the Frasers Group.
