What a fantastic company. After deciding to upgrade my machine to a sewing and embroidery machine , I contacted Frank Nutt. I knew of this company and the other Nutt brothers companies from the craft show at the NEC. Always had a good experience and found them to be friendly. From the moment I contacted the store, I received promt replies and excellent help and advice. Visited the shop late on a Tuesday but one of the ladies still took the time to show me an embroidery demo. I ordered the machine and had a phone call on the Friday to say my machine was ready for collection which was brilliant. I find it very rare nowadays to find a company where everyone is friendly and helpful and service is first class. Frank himself had a chat with us and all of the ladies in the shop were excellent. When we collected the machine, again everyone helpful and friendly. Advised I could call them if I had any queries about the machine. Not once did I think it was just about the sale. I felt welcomed, not pressurised at all. I am also very happy with my lovely brother Innovis V5LE. I highly recommend this company and thank them for everything they have done for me.

I needed some support on using a Babylock overlocker I’d bought from Frank Knutt’s nearly 5 years ago - I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their knowledgeable and very patient help. In the past they have been equally helpful with a Bernina I’d bought there.

No hard sales tactics. They ask what you’re after and budget and then go from there. Staff are friendly and are happy for you to test out machines, they have a lot on display to find what suits you. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a decision and walked away with a new overlocker and coverstitch. I would happily recommend them to anyone novice or experienced to visit and purchase. I am now a happy little sewist with new toys.

I bought a Jenome 6234XL overlocker from the Kings Heath branch two years ago to use at work, to make theatre costumes. I’ve been so delighted with it that this week I bought a second one to use at home. My husband went to the branch, but unfortunately they didn’t have the exact model in stock. Their solution was to organise free delivery of the overlocker to my home; I was amazed that it arrived the next day before 10am. A seamless, stress-free transaction and a company and branch I will continue to use in the future for my sewing needs. So much better, for me, than buying from Amazon.

Never fail to deliver excellent service. I have been a customer for ten years or so. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Their prices are always very fair. All the staff are knowledgeable and are very customer focused.
I had a problem today with one of my machines and took it to their shop on the off chance that someone might be able to help me.The engineer took time to come and have a quick look and knew straight away what the problem was and fixed it there and then. Thank you .

I bought a product from this company. The mnp did not give the tracking number and delivery date... I was at the doctor and did not have time to receive the goods... I was given a late number, tracking and delivery time. Now no one answers me. I don't know what to do.... Or let the money be returned or re-deliver the goods... Bought my v3 from frank nutt last year, delivered promptly. This year due to lots of use needed a small repair which was organised brilliantly and completed quickly. Had all my questions answered and been given great advice. Thankyou

My Janone sewing machine suddenly stopped working I tried everything to fix it but couldn't find what was causing it, I contact your shop in Kings Heath Birmingham and Lisa said bring it in. and when my partner got to the shop the reception and service was exceptional, I have dealt with your business for many years and I have and will always recommend you .

I spent several days on line searching retailers for a new sewing machine.
I am an experienced sewer and love my machine which is, unfortunately
getting elderly. Spares are difficult to locate. I have written THREE emails to Frank Nutt asking if they stock the £750.00plus machine which
I finally decided upon.
NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY/RESPONSE. An appalling attitude. They have completely ignored my emails. I shall look for another retailer with an acceptable level of Customer Service.

My sewing machine, bought 18 months ago from Frank Nutt, had stopped cutting threads and was generally ‘gummed up’ . I rang and was told to bring the machine in the next day. This I duly did and it was seen to straight away by the engineer. After 20 mins it had been cleared of all the ‘fluff’, a new cutter installed and a new little ‘fuzzy’ bit put in which apparently guides the thread to the cutter. I now have a machine as good as new - an excellent after sales service. Thank you.

I bought my sewing machine from Frank Nutt in 2017. I have been delighted with it and the service I received when I bought it.
Today while sewing, I took the face plate off and had trouble putting it back. I rang the shop and was told I could bring it in. The service was amazing.I didn’t have to wait at all, the plate was put back in seconds and there was no charge. A wonderful service and a great shop to buy sewing machines from .

From my first telephone enquiry onwards, I was impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff members. Having bought from Frank Nutt before, I knew this was likely to be the case. On this occasion, I wanted to upgrade to an air threading overlocker. I was talked through the pros and cons of different models and, once I had narrowed it down to two options, I was able to visit the shop and try the machines. I am really happy in my purchase and confident that the choice I made was the right model to suit my needs. Thank you all :)

After a extremely bad experience with a apparently a high profile company, I wont name them in this review as it doesnt effect Frank nutt company, I cancelled my order immediately, I then found Frank nutt and my father called to enquire about a machine lady was polite gave us info, I later went ahead and ordered online feeling more relaxed about this company than the other one I had originally went with, ordering online straight forward no issues , my machine actually arrived before expected pre order date and all was excellent couldnt be more happier, kind of gutted I didnt order the software as it was cheaper to buy it along side a machine , if I had one tiny qualm it would be I facebook them and emailed them and my fb was opened and ignored and my email was never answered but it wouldnt put me of ordering again , couldve been a dozen reasons why they never answered.

Went online to purchase an embroidery machine which went well. However no email was received or receipt of this large payment. So I contacted Frank Nutt, and I got a quick reply. I had to ask for a invoice which was sent right away.
I'm just concerned with the lack of communication, has anyone else had the same difficulty.

Once again an excellent service from Frank Nutt, popped in to buy a sewing machine didn't realise it was appointment only, but the member of staff was very accommodating and let me just buy the machine I had asked for, instead of coming back at a later date. Thank you will only ever use Frank Nutt for my sewing and embroidery needs

Excellent customer service, despite the current covid situation, the store manager called to discuss options and sent out the machine on next day delivery.
