I use all Frank Body products and adore them. My shower is pink and says Frank. The complexion products and clean body washes & face scrubs have been amazing, and I usually have a horrible time finding products for my face that work. I love the smell of everything. After having dreadlocks for 2 years and cutting them off, the hair duo was a godsend for my scalp. Their scrubs make my skin feel amazing. After having twins, the original coffee scrub and the charcoal scrub have been perfect for my stretch marks and scars. I usually hate any and all lotions, so I bought the in-shower moisturizer, which I love, so took a shot at the new AHA lotion and they have been amazing for my KP and the lotion smells heavenly, it's a lotion I'm excited to put on, I only wish it came in a larger size!

I went to go leave a review as I absolutely adore their products, however was shocked by so many negative reviews?? I have tried almost the entire clean range and a few scrubs too and have loved every product. Shipping has been iffy due to covid but the package comes very nicely, all wrapped and in special bags. The products are very cheap for the amount that you get compared to others. They have made it into my must have's and I have bought many doubles to be at both mine and my boyfriend's place. I have recommended to many friends and they have had similar super positive experiences.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! If your order goes missing you they will lie to you and let you know they’re “resending” the order just to get you off their backs and they will never ship out the new order! I spent $100 on items and my package has been “lost” since 7/12. It is 7/28 and I have not been refunded or sent a new package. Getting a hold of customer service is a joke. They don’t respond to your emails and you’re lucky if you get a reply from them. Save your $$ and shop elsewhere. FB does not care about their customers and is a joke of a company!!!

Their customer service just literally never gets back to you. I purchased something in late December/ early January with a giftcard I was given for christmas and forgot to put the giftcard on. My mistake. So I emailed asking if I could get the giftcard refunded as I couldn't see myself getting anything else in the year as I only like their body scrubs. No reply. Emailed again a month later. No reply. Still nothing as of today. If you buy from them, make sure you do everything right and don't require any customer service assistance as you won't get it.

I agree with the below negative reviews. Their earlier products (the original coffee scrubs) are good (well, it's hard to make them bad as it's just coffee grains with oils). I've bought a couple of them and have always liked them. This year I've decided to try their other products and it's a waste of money. I might even throw them in the trash. I've bought the coffee scalp scrub (horrible, please don't buy it), vitamin c face mask (useless), hair mask (useless), and sculpting body cream (gave me an allergic reaction). I've asked for my money back but they've refused. Will never buy again.

The first products I’ve tried from Frank Body are the Original Lip Scrub and the Coconut Body Scrub and I love both. They are doing their job, gently exfoliating and hydrating the skin at the same time. And they smell delicious.
Also, I tried their oil makeup remover, and honestly I am glad I discovered this because it is so great at cleaning the skin.

HOWEVER,
Having had this nice experience with the three products, I decided to go on their website & saw their Pore-ifics Kit & Vitamin C mask. Both had only good reviews (did not seem suspicious) so I decided to give them a try and ordered them, since I suffer from acne.
I got the products and eagerly tried them, only to see that my face turned red and new breakouts started to show up on areas I previously didn’t have acne in.
I was really disappointed since the products did not live up to my expectations (or the reviews posted on their website & instagram page).
When I wrote a couple of reviews (one was rated 4 stars and the other 2), what do you think? They posted only my 4 star review!!!
This is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL & angered me. How could you dish out bad reviews and mislead the potential customers?!?!

I saw a lot of frank body advertisement on Instagram and decided to give the the hair duo a try. These two products are the reason for the three stars - they’re great and using them visibly improved my hair. So, I thought the face products mights be great as well.
I offered one of their bundles they offer - quite a few face masks, a cleanser and a face moisturiser. I don’t like any of them - the face cleanser does not remove make up and doesn’t leave my skin feeling clean. I broke out after using most of their face masks. The moisturiser is a nightmare - it is a liquid coming out of a tube that spills everywhere the moment you open the bottle. I can definitely not recommend anyone using this product.

What an absolute scam! I bought the A-Beauty scrub and the Lip Scrub. I reviewed them on the website, through an email sent by the company. The A-Beauty scrub smelled bad and gave me a small patch of itchy rash, so I gave it a 2 star review. The lip scrub was fine so I gave it a 4 star review. Guess which review made it to the site and which one hasn’t been posted?! I’m sure I don’t need to tell you. What a crock! This company is so self-congratulatory in their social media and emails, it really pisses me off that they aren’t transparent with their feedback. So here is where I’ll post the review I just rewrote after seeing the lip scrub one on the site and the A-Beauty scrub conveniently missing:

The first time I used this scrub I got an immediate patch of rash on the inside of my arm. It took a long time to go away and itched like crazy! The rest of my body was okay, but the smell is very medicinal and unappealing. It’s like a lime-scented hand sanitiser. I bought this one because someone described it as smelling like a tropical holiday - not so. I kept using the scrub on other parts of my body because I’m cheap and my skin *was* smoother after using it. However, the last time I used it on the top of my back and neck. I looked in the mirror the next day and I’d broken out all over that area. I’m 41 and haven’t broken out on my back for years! Really annoying. The BIGGEST annoyance, however, is knowing this review won’t make it to the website because this company lies and only posts the four and five star reviews, with a couple of three stars to make it seem legit. It’s not - it’s a scam. How do I know? Because I wrote a four star review for the lip scrub and Oh - whatta ya know?! THAT one got posted. Really disgusting behaviour for a company that pats itself on the back for being so transparent with their ingredients. Not so much with their feedback.

First of all, I wrote a comment on one of frank body’s Instagram posts which got deleted and also left a review on the website which got deleted. The product I received was absolutely rubbish, left residue in my hair and I have now washed my hair 3 times since I used it on Sunday (It’s now Wednesday), which I never do but the excess product has left my scalp sandy, YES sandy, from the scalp scrub. I followed the instructions on the tube, applied a pea size and it’s not leaving my hair!! I will never buy this product again and also will never buy from Frank Body after they removed my reviews which were quite nice compared to this one!!

I really used to like this company. I was one of their very first customers when they launched. They used more eco friendly packaging. As soon as they began making money they ditched their ethics in favor of plastic and that truly is disappointing.

I used to buy my sister frankbody products every Christmas, and this year when I asked her what she wanted, she said nothing from frank. When I asked why, she told me earlier this year, she’d had a really bad experience with them, and I have to say I’m disgusted.

I would usually buy her pack sets, and you get a decent amount in the packs, so you don’t use the whole thing too quickly. As such, she had a bit of a stockpile in her cabinet. She found a pack that she’d had for close to two years, but when she checked the shelf life, they say two years is fine, so she started using it with no problems. There was no damage to the bag, the product was normal, everything was good until she got to the bottom third of the bag and pulled out something slippery and gooey, and after washing off some of the scrub, was absolutely horrified.

She took pictures and you can see what absolutely looks like guts in it. It looks just like a gelatinous mouse corpse that’s been sealed up for a long time and turned to mush, there are stringy bits and stuff.

The frank bags are sealable and she of course seals them straight after use so water doesn’t get into the scrub more than it needs to, and it lives up high on a shower caddy directly under the shower head, so unless a mouse can climb straight up tile, break into a sealed, undamaged bag, and rapidly decompose, I don’t think there’s much chance it got in there after she opened it.

She privately contacted frank instead of blasting this publicly all over social media, and asked if there was another explanation because of course no one wants to think they’ve scrubbed their face with dead mouse! Their explanation was that it was OIL! Have you ever seen oil turn itself into something that looks like intestines?

It was two years to the day of purchase when she contacted them, and they said that because it was two years old, the shelf life wasn’t good anymore so the oil had degraded. So what frank are saying then is their product falls apart two years exactly to the day of purchase, and creates a gluggy mess that looks like a dead creature at the stroke of midnight, or their shelf life isn’t really two years since she’d been using it prior to it suddenly being a two year old product and the ‘oil’ was that severely ‘degraded’. Which is it, frank?

She wasn’t asking them for anything for free, or for a refund, she genuinely just wanted to know what was in her product, and she wasn’t convinced it was oil. She offered to send it to them for testing, so they could either prove it was oil and she could feel safe about using the product again, or they could see it really was something that didn’t belong. They refused to test it and just told her it was impossible there was anything else in her bag. Well it clearly wasn’t impossible, she was holding the evidence in her hand!

After her asking repeatedly for them to look into it because she was so freaked out by it, they offered her ——— a replacement bag! She of course refused it because she was so totally disgusted by what she found in the existing bag, and they just said okay basically.

Seriously appalling customer service to not even be slightly concerned about a genuine issue, and such a bad look for the company to not even agree to test it. Who knows what else could be going into bags and how many other customers they’ve dismissed because they don’t think anyone will make a fuss if they offer them a replacement bag. My sister stayed quiet about it because while she’s sure it’s a dead creature of some sort, she doesn’t know for sure and she doesn’t want to attack a company without being certain, but even if it’s not a mouse, the complete lack of concern and the cop-out excuse about the two year expiry date is enough for me. Never buying again for anyone!

In love with everything about this company!

AMAZING PRODUCT. I've been using Frank body for over 2 years. I use everything from the lip balm to the body scrubs, facial scrubs... actually I think there's nothing I don't have.
I've had 2 kids and the body scrubs have been a godsend for my stomach regarding stretchmarks and sagging skin. I've definitely noticed a difference as I didn't have access to these products when I had my 1st but I used these with my 2nd both while I was pregnant and after - seriously the best decision I've ever made.

Jeg har nu bestilt derfra 3 gange, hvor alle leveringsfrister blev overholdt. Deres produkter er FANTASTISKE, især deres scrubs: man bliver blød som aldrig før. Jeg kan helt klart anbefale Frankbody!

Første gang jeg bestilte Frank, var jeg lidt urolig for det. Jeg havde set mange reviews, hvor kunder ikke havde fået deres ordre. På hjemmesiden stod der 2-10 dage levering(eller deromkring), mit produkt kom indenfor den tidsramme og selvom det er et udlandsk firma, gik betalingen som smurt og produkterne er fantastiske og af rigtig god kvalitet! Klart at anbefale! Jeg vil helt sikkert købe derinde fra igen!
