France aesthetic ne remonte pas forcément en premier dans les moteurs de recherche mais a des prix très compétitifs comparables à d’autres sites plus connus et même plus compétitifs que les laboratoires eux-mêmes pour certaines ref! I placed an order 10 days ago and it is still showing as “in preparation.” I have not received any tracking information, and my emails have gone unanswered.
The lack of communication is very disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least a response or an update on my order.
At this point, I feel completely ignored. I hope the company improves its customer service and communication, as this experience has not met expectations.

I purchased a peeling product but never received a confirmation email. Although the payment was processed, the status of my order shows as "cancelled." and I have not received my product. I have contacted them several times by email and phone, but I have not received any response. This is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this website.
