The first time I wore my Harrington Racer jacket in black out, my taxi driver said, “Nice jacket sir”. Nuff said.

My first purchase from Frahm and I'm so impressed with the design, quality and fit of the Harrington jacket that I have already placed 2 further orders - another Harrington in a different colour and a 2027 Workers Jacket.

Being tall it is difficult to source quality clothing that fits and the Frahm sizing is perfect. The weight of the jacket and finishing details shout 'quality' and I know that this will be a very well used jacket.

The quality of the people make so much difference to my view of a business, and every single person I have dealt with in Frahm has been amazing! So personable and responsive, always helpful.
The jacket is really good as well! I had to swop sizes and this was no problem. It was hard to wait for something so long in this time of instant gratification, but actually I think it’s been good for me.

Another jacket from Frahm,the Harrington (lined), just delivered. Oh my flipping goodness!! Pure unadulterated class bursting out the packaging. Off the scale materials, build quality and design with Nicks obsessive attention to detail at the forefront. A genuinely superb jacket. I can now understand why they're such a best seller. Very much worth the wait, and I'm now a proud owner of a Frahm 'classic'..

Great product, quick replies and knowledgeable staff. Being tall and often in between sizes clothes can be a nightmare. The expanded range of sizes of FRAHM are excellent for those above 6ft 4.

Nick has designed and made some beautiful jackets.

Izzy - helped with return of a jacket that didn’t fit, explained I was travelling later this week and within about 2 hours of the return going into the postal system the new jacket was on the way. Some size down and actually in my preferred colour choice.

FRAHM so far can’t be faulted - I’ll definitely be back for another jacket later this year. Thank you!

I was a loyal and repeat customer however here comes the but... But not anymore. Here's why. I received my latest order that should never have passed quality control - the left sleeve lining was not sewn up, almost from elbow to wrist. I arranged for a replacement and returned the faulty jacket. Soon afterwards I received a package containing not a replacement but a REPAIR and a very bad one at that. Under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to a replacement so requested one. If I'd wanted a repair, also my right under the Consumer Rights Act, I'd have asked for one. I'm still waiting for customer service to reply.

Ordered a jacket and paid $1900 for it — $1600 for the jacket and $300 for shipping. It arrived and had the shortest sleeves I’ve ever seen on an XL from any brand. The arms looked like a child’s coat sleeves. I returned it immediately and, upon being refunded, learned that I was out $300 for the privilege of having tried it on.

I’ve ordered two jackets from Frahm in the same style - separate orders, quite a few weeks apart, and for both purchases I did not get a link from Frahm to review the product.

For my first order I sent for a 4XL jacket in my size and fit as recommended, but it was way too small - fitted like it was one or two sizes smaller than expected.

For my second order the 5XL jacket was little larger but still much too small even though I ordered a size above my chest size. It was still really tight around the chest and very tight on the arms and shoulders.
The main issue with this last order was the quality was really poor. The jacket had marks, bits and small feathers stuck in the wax. It wasn’t clean. The jacket had marks and stains in the material and waxing that made it look dirty and worn - much more so than you would naturally expect with a waxed jacket. Frahm apologised for the poor quality control.

I did not get sent any links from Frahm to leave a review for either purchase, which is unusual - so I’ll need to leave the review here.

Waxed jacket £540 but can’t wear it in the rain, even just a light shower. Water seeps through the seams, everywhere. It’s a nice jacket and well made with quality zip and fasteners, but not sure when I would want to wear it if I can’t wear it in the drizzle or rain. Very disappointing experience with customer service. I feel I have really overpaid for an unsatisfactory garment to be honest.

I've bought a few Frahm jackets. The quality and fit really is second to none. That's why I have gone back to them. I have had one jacket adjusted for sleeve length and any questions or queries I have the customer service is, as Tina Turner would say, simply the best. If you want a top quality jacket then these are the ones you want.

I've just received a ventile thermal field jacket, whilst the quality is good the jacket is let down by major design flaws, I've worked outside all my life, so I know what a jacket needs. First glaring error is the main zip it simply has to be a two-way zip so you can access the internal lower pockets without having to unzip the whole jacket and also would allow you to ventilate from the bottom when required, it unfortunately is not. secondly the lower hem is quite wide but there is no adjustment by cord (like the waist) or extra poppers on the hem this allows for cold updrafts or rain to get in. Thirdly the side hand warmer pockets have no type of closure so any items you may put in them could easily fall out. All the above are simple easy cheap errors to fix. But alas spoil what could be a great jacket .I was going to pull the trigger on the quilted Harrington jacket they make however having received this jacket I am going to give that some more consideration I may yet return this jacket as I'm not sure I can live with these simply to fix faults
Edit: after reading FRAHM,S response I thought I should reply, Firstly at no point said I liked the jacket I said the quality was good. Secondly if a draw cord at the hem would be unsightly causing bunching, does it not do so at the waist. Thirdly I have numerous jackets with two way zippers none have ever had issues re pulling the zipper up !to gain access well How do you close the jacket ( a strange comment).Lastly adding poppers to the side pockets would in no way restrict access with gloves on but would add security. Do I need a fashion coat? Maybe. Do I need a functional outdoor coat yes .is this it? Jury is still out

Put simply, FRAHM jackets are great. Furthermore, and equally importantly, the company is great. I have purchased 6 jackets and they are all excellent (fit, quality, size, design). Their customer service is outstanding and is good for when there is a problem as well as pre-sales.
I look forward to many more years of enjoying my current FRAHM jackets and the new ones I will inevitably purchase! 😀

Ive just received my peacoat (grey xxxl) and it is BEAUTIFUL! In fact, there's only one thing more beautiful than this - and that's my wife!! Had it not been for her, I'd be marrying it!!! 🙂 the build quality is just off the planet, and it really is the jacket I have spent years and years looking for!

It's another Frahm jacket and it's another stunner. I basically have frahm jackets, shirts and T shirts making a hostile takeover in my wardrobe !! 😃
Recently Nick Hussey co founder of frahm has decided to focus only on jackets which is a shame because whatever he designs has a lot of thought and individuality to it. I've only ever seen one other man wearing a frahm jacket and you know what I love that. Don't be a North face, Rab, Superdry 'bore' be an individual !!

I ordered a jacket, exchanged it for another, then cancelled it and went back to the original in a different size - all in all a nightmare client! I think this transaction tested their systems to the full but throughout Izzy was amazing guiding me through the process on how to get the jacket I wanted. These jackets are beautifully designed and very high quality. I also love the back-story to the brand. Congratulations Nick and Team.

Just received my Forest Green field jacket after a 7 month wait. But it was worth the wait and the price - the jacket fits perfectly, the quality is excellent and (putting it in basic terms!) I love it. Starting to wonder about a second jacket for 2026!

I’m very lucky to own a few Frahm jackets which I’ve purchased over several years. They have all be nothing less than excellent, you really get what you pay for! Excellent fabrics, amazing fit and a jacket which continually earns you comments on how good it looks. Yes they are expensive and yes I’m had an issue or two but whenever I have the customer service has been outstanding! You talk to real people based in the UK. They are bloody brilliant and Nick gives you a few good laughs and some hard hitting but amazingly honest stories too. I’ll be buying more I’m sure!

I do own a number of Frahm Jackets so this is a cumulative review over 5 years since I found them. In each case, I have received a beautifully designed and made jacket. I'm quite short so have had alterations and in one case a repair without any issue. I'm often receiving compliments for whichever one I'm wearing. I feel the cold a bit more than I used to and can layer up underneath. Love the brand, love the message and equally as importantly, love the jackets

The quality of the jackets is fantastic, extremely happy with my purchases. Customer service is good and the team clearly care about the product and delivery is typically on time-the only time it wasn’t, the Team and Nick were open and honest, which I appreciated. Overall, it is a great product and I can highly recommend Frahm as a high quality product.

Once you buy a Frahm, you may develop an addiction.

The brand has a signature of understated style, gentlemanly yet rugged and unpretentious. Something along the lines of James Bond as a lumberjack. There's also a willingness to add a bit of dash, such as colours for men that are outside the uniform palette but without turning you into a peacock.

The difference in a Frahm is subtle but you feel it. I've built up a collection by now, starting from about 3 years ago. They feel great to wear. The fit is good, on me at least. The jackets also make me feel like my own personal superhero when I'm wearing them, which is a great trick and I've no idea how it's done. I put it down to lots of tweaking of design from a brand that believes in craft and then my personal preferences.

They are expensive. I have hovered on a purchase decision more than once, sometimes for months. I haven't regretted a single purchase.
