Samples arrived well packaged and clearly labelled (with fragrance names printed on the actual bottles).Bottles even had lids on them and so it was obvious that the company is not using cheap materials.Very impressed with the presentation.

I ordered INITiO side effect and received a completely different fragrance , wrong colour and wrong smell . I tried to contact them and no reply 😠 it’s been a week now .

Order not received. No reply to any of my attempts to contact this company by email to ask where my order is! Scammers

All was going well - order, despatch, receipt, pleased with the perfume. When it was 2/3 used the spray became almost unusable; I haven’t reported or returned it as it’s such a small quantity but it was a shame I didn’t get to use all of it. It was probably a one-off.

Update : The company responded to my email with apologies and promptly issued a refund. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue quickly. The other two samples I received were fantastic—authentic and definitely not dupes.

Since I didn't receive a response to my previous email regarding my order's delivery status, I decided to share my experience here.

However, the most expensive sample I purchased (£24.99) was missing. I've emailed the company today requesting a refund, but I want to ensure my issue is addressed, especially after reading numerous complaints about the company's lack of responsiveness.

I waited long enough for my samples only to be disappointed by the missing main item.

I hope to receive a prompt refund without any delays. Let's see if they respond here.

Just received my sample but in the mean time bought the actual bottle from a reputable retailer in person. Long story short it’s an absolute fake, like not even close. Please stop scamming people out of hard earned money. Karma is gonna bite you in your greedy a**
