Underwhelming is the best way to describe the quality of the print. I did use the discount but still thought it was overpriced & didn't meet my expectations. This is the first time I used this process and the last.

My beautiful loving male dog bled to death in my arms from a ruptured tumor we had no idea he had; exactly 8 years to the day we picked him up from the breeder. I sent you one of my favorite pictures that captured his pure tender soul sleeping and it arrived the day his ashes were ready for me to pick up. I really appreciated how quickly the order was processed and I received his picture and the realistic quality of his features.

I am pleased with the product, my pictures look great. I am very pleased with the fact that when one picture broke during delivery Fracture quickly replaced it for a new one after I emailed them the pictures of the box and damaged photo. Fracture had the replacement to me within a week.

Quick turnaround, great-looking print. What’s not to like?

Print looks very nice, The backing was peeling away at the top which was disappointing.
The metal bracket on the back was not even close to being centered on the hole to hang it on the screw.
I had to cut the hole out and because the bracket was not positioned correctly it hangs slightly crooked,

I got 2 prints of our dogs for my wife's birthday. She loves them, they look awesome. Will definitely be shopping again. Thanks
