The photos and house description were perfect and after one open house, our house had 3 offers above the asking price and within 3 days we accepted an offer. Sadly, the offer fell through for personal reasons. Fox Town and Country Homes put our house back on the market, another open house day and within 24 hrs we accepted another offer for the same price.
