I’ve never experienced worse customer…

I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Please do not pay extra for expedited shipping and expect your photos to arrive on time. They take zero responsibility- it’s like talking to a wall.

Expensive & Unreliable

I paid an insane amount of shipping ($35) for some photos (that were also very expensive). I assumed for that amount, they’d be shipped as a package with tracking and insurance. Instead, Foxprint sent them via Canada Post DURING the strike. With this, the package was super delayed and eventually got lost. Foxprint wouldn’t respond to my emails, phone calls or voicemails for weeks, blamed Canada Post, and tried to convince me that they actually used the whole $35 to send the package via mail. Eventually my package went back to them and they refused to resend it saying it would cost them too much.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is absolutely horrible! They claimed that my $11 order was delivered and it absolutely was not. Then they refused to do anything about it. What kind of company would not either figure out what happened to the order or resend the order? It’s $11! Do not use this company! I’m starting to think maybe they are a scam company. I am checking with my credit card company as we speak.

I placed an order and they canceled it without my permission

I placed an order, then received an email that I CANCELLED it, and I did not cancel it- they did. Then I had to deal with an extremely obnoxious customer service rep harassing me- including commenting on the pictures I was printing. It's none of your business why what I was printing was important to me, but it is not your place to make any comment. No company has a right to cancel your order. If the order was placed, it was something I wanted, despite any comment etc. They took it upon themselves to cancel it and then send numerous harassing emails including insulting what I order. This is BY FAR the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Fox print management - I suggest you get some new customer service reps because the person responding to emails is extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked him several times to stop Hararasing me and he kept proceeding to write back sarcastic comments.

Ordered photos a month ago and they’re…

Ordered photos a month ago and they’re still pending acceptance at USPS. Customer service told me it was my fault because I used the shipping that was 10 business days. In my defense I had 10 business days to wait for the photos to arrive. Now it’s about day 24 of business days and I’m still waiting. What a waste of money.

Useless

Useless. I spent 1 hour uploading pictures, paid 90euro, then 2 weeks later they email me saying 'order will not be fulfilled due to lack of stock' and then a week later i get a refund.
Dont waste your time.

Can't believe they actually printed off…

Can't believe they actually printed off these grainy, pixelated photos and put them in an envelope...the absolute audacity...my old inkjet printer could do better. The type where the ink swipes left to make half a line, swipes right to make half a line, repeat. They're that bad. And since they want me to pay return shipping of $5, and the thing only cost $10 in the first place, it's not worth it. Shameful company.

HORRIBLE!!

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your time. The pictures take forever to get here & I had to go through two different carriers to still not receive my package. Here I am almost a month later still waiting on my pictures. I would advise Walgreens or something.

1 star is too much for this company

1 star is too much for this company. I have never received such terrible customer service. I ordered 3x3 prints which don't measure 3x3- they are just over 1/16 of an inch too small. When I contact the customer service about their bad product they called me a liar, said I could return the pictures but the cost to return is more than what I paid originally. Shipping cost was extravagant. I could go on and on. Save yourself the time and money, go elsewhere. If I could upload a picture of the defective product I would, but there is no where hear to upload an attachment, which is clearly to protect themselves as they told me in their rude replies that they would reply to any review I gave them with "proof" that their product was the right size, but my pictures prove otherwise!

Warning

Warning, this company is no good!!!!! Just got my prints yesterday. The print quality is horrible. What's even worse than the print quality is the "customer support" I'm so shocked. Be very aware of this company. What they promote is not what you recieve. Honestly I should have seen the red flags when I tried reaching out to them for support at the beginning. I was trying to upload photos and it wasnt working right. So their answer was to start over and do it 1 at a time. Awful experience all around.

Terrible quality! Very disappointed!

I received my $25 order of Fox prints today & am very disappointed! The quality is horrible! They are blurry & the colors are very muted. My basic HP printer at home prints better quality photos, I compared them side by side. And to get a refund I have to PAY to send them back!! Total rip off!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE QUALITY + HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Let me just explain something. This is the first bad review I've ever written for any business. Ever. When I purchased the "Retro Prints", I expected them to be at least CVS quality. I wasn't expecting anything high-end. BUT when I received my prints, they were a mess! They were fuzzy, muddied, highly saturated, upped in contrast, and they were literally just card stock. They DO NOT look like a polaroid. They DO NOT feel like a polaroid. It is simply an image printed off centered on a white piece of CARD STOCK. And you could easily do a better job at home on your own Walmart printer.

THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT.
I have been a professional wedding photographer for 8 years now. I exported my photos straight from Adobe Lightroom to their shop, which means the photos were the highest possible quality they could be. High enough quality to legitimately post it on a billboard. YET, they emailed me saying the photos looked bad because I made them lower quality. NO. If anything made them low quality, it was their stupid crop and load system. It is not my fault.

THEY WON'T REFUND ME.
They won't refund you if you spent over $25 (which is insane in and of itself) In fact, even if you spent under $25 and you want a refund, YOU have to PAY to send the pictures back to them before they will refund you your money. SO basically they want you to just spend more money on their product that you weren't even happy with in the first place.

THEY LAUGHED AT ME.
When I spoke out on social media about it, they sent me a message that said "You're funny." along with a crying laughing face emoji. Literally laughing at my anger. Then they blocked me because they wanna scam more people and they don't like that i'm telling everyone the truth.

DON'T SPEND A PENNY HERE. THEIR PHOTOS ARE IN MY TRASH CAN.

DON'T USE THEM!

I wish I could give them no stars! I order 18 3x3 in pictures. Nothing major. The order says "delivered" and I never got them. I asked if they can reprint and resend and they said no. It would've cost them pennies and they refused.

Again, during that purchase processing the screen simply went blank and I am still trying to find out from the company,if they have my order. Email #2. We will see! Darn!

Not photo quality

Not photo quality. Their print quality has gone down in the last year because they changed the printers. You can actually see the printer dots and they look pretty sad compared to the 3x3 prints I ordered a year ago. Unfortunate, and they were not helpful in coming up with a resolution. Won't be returning.
