Excellent, luxury, super care, bought 3 items.
well. so far i had 1 fireplace and 2 fountains, this review is about my entire experience, these guys are the best with quality products and super friendly care of any concern, i had an issue with one of the 3 items i got, sent them and in less than 20 minutes got a reply, my whole concern was vanished the same day with following care and helped me as they promised with out any delay, if you want some one who is truly following Australian market standards then you have to deal with these awesome guys.

Overall Good but your ETA on the website is very misleading - for me it said ETA 13/12/2025 - then when I called your 1800 # after I ordered it I was told that it was ETA to your warehouse and then I didn't receive it till 19/12/2025. Need to be clearer.

Any delay is caused by couriers, we do not use Australia Post, this has been shipped by FedEx and you were emailed a tracking number.
This is unfair review and doesn't reflect the speed of our delivery nor the quality of products and services
