Since Miguel Ragnel has been my account rep, I've been getting exactly what I expected when I first hired you to represent my product the Honeycomer 1000. Miguel has been knocking it out of the park. He's very well knowledgeable about your services, he's timely in his action steps. Always going over and above my expectations. I hope he stays our account manger for the future.

$20k Spent. Not much return. I wanted to like this company, they are very nice people but I feel they are category specific. It just did not work with the category we sell in because they frankly didn't know anything about it. I wish they would tell you they are not a good fit in the category but they force it just to take on the account. They made a lot of mistakes and since they charge hourly, they charge you again for the time spent correcting those mistakes. The frustration comes from issues they had internally, I suffered because my account rep left the company mid-project and everything got lost in translation. It was a lot of money, I was patient but then had to cut my losses and move on. I had to go in personally and clean up a lot of listing errors myself. Errors that could have easily been avoided. Overall I think Fountainhead could be a good fit for the right seller selling in basic categories. If you sell in a specific niche maybe have them present some testimonials of a similar category you sell in. Sorry Fountainhead, it did not work out.

We have worked with 2 other third party companies to help us with our Amazon business with little to no success. Fountainhead cleaned up all our product pages, created us a storefront and spear headed our Paid Advertising campaigns. Matt is great to work with and is a great account manager.
