Found Sound was the only company that responded to my search for a hard-shell bass case within my monetary restraints. I have always been a tad leery of international sales (i.e. tariff, shipping & the rigamarole of long distance communication), but this company was politely responsive and answered all my questions. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The patch cables I had delivered today were the most affordable I could find and came via express post, a nice surprise as I thought they'd be a few days yet. 10 points also for using recycled packaging. I've sold guitars and pedals via foundsound and also bought guitar pedals (specifically walrus audio) from found sound. They've been amazing to work with from start to finish- every part of the team have been top notch and I didn't regret taking a chance on them. Brilliant shop. Great for finding new of in my case a rare 2nd hand gem. I just brought an acoustic bass. Relied on the website photos (which were great) and a discussion over the phone. Everyone I spoke to or emailed was super friendly and helpful. Was worried that the bass was going to be sent interstate via courier without a case- but should't have worried. The way it was packaged was above and beyond (so much care taken)- it arrived quickly and in perfect shape. Love it. Thanks to all at Found Sound!

Truly wonderful experience with my purchase. The price for a new guitar was very competitive and fair. Retailer responded promptly to confirm sale and provide follow up communication - item was packed and shipped quickly as well. Order arrived in less than a week packed with care - the guitar was even perfectly in tune after traveling halfway across the world!
